In reference to my post below this is one of my questions at the last IMC :

We were told the Valkor drilling permits approval was imminent in the summer of 2023.Imminent means about to happen. Why is the approval still be imminent at easter 2024?

The original permit application by Valkor in the summer of 2023 was complicated by the extent of the original application and objections from Hoodoo to the Utah Dept of Gas and Mining. Both matters have been addressed with the revised application by Valkor.

According to JM the Hoodoo saga has now gone and Valkor can now move on.

What amazes me about the Utah project is that it has been going on for years and absolutely nothing has happened yet AM told us there were other projecct opportunities They could have started and finished one of these other opportunities by now but hey ho the drilling permit approval is still imminent.

I have 60% so we are very close.

SJS...You may find this as being a negtive post but it is a fact they do not expect revenue's from Morocco until 2025. They can announce the commercial deal and other trials in front of the world press while on the balcony of Buckingham palace and juggling onion bhaji's at the same time but any delays in these revenues could lead to further funding required and even more dilution.

Vince...it looks like our Morocco client has no urgency either. The Morocco trial was completed in Nov 23 and revenues are expected in 2025!!! Why it takes so long is staggering.

Surely the use of the placement funds for the MSC,Morocco and Utah projects should bring us to profitabnility and the OO funds are for the other projects.

Fyoz does have a valid point about the company holding back news. Remember MK said the Morocco agreement had just ome in at the day of the AGM.

Not make statements 2 days before the quarter end that he still expects the agreement to be signed by the end of the quarter. It ruins his credibility but he appears to not understand that.

Whiskyman....you seem to have a trait of trying to get one over posters on the forum. I can assure you this is not a good trait to have. I suggest you speak to somebody more mature for advice on how to get rid of this trait and/or get some counselling.

So we are now at the open offer deadline day and as expected in the open offer document it stated the MSC fuel agreement was expected to be completed in Q124 and it did not happen.JM even had the cheek to tell shareholders 2 days before the end of Q1 he still expected it to be completed in Q1.It is now 9th April and still no news.This doesn't exactly help the open offer subscription. How he does not learn from missing expected deadlines time and time again is beyond me.

It is not an assumption it is a fact as I personally know quite a few shareholders that have told me they will not be subscribing unless the MSC fuel agreement comes in before the deadline.. None of them post on the forums and you have to remember those that do post on forums are only a small percentage of shareholders so views that you read on here could be well be skewed to the oiverall view.

There will be excess shares available but how many is the big question.

Without the MSC fuel agreement before the open offer deadline i very much doubt it will be fully subscribed. JM still digs his own hole by constantly missing his target dates,

There will be plenty of excessive shares that can be taken up.

I thought the results of the open offer are on the 12th.

No overall update is expected as we had this from the interim results. The MSC Fuel agreement RNS is expected soon.It is imminent.

Why is is strange you absolute fool. I want to see blue every day and by the way I have been in Quadrise since day 1 and have been to about 12 AGM's.. Stop adding 2 and 2 and getting 15.

At the IMC JM stated they still expect to complete the MSC fuel agreement at the end of last week.If they did we should get an RNS this week!!!
