Unfortunately Vince some posters think that if somebody does not post anything that is deemed 'positive' they have tunnel vision and think they are a trader troll etc. It is all utter nonsence as by far the majority of posters on here are long term holders like yourself.

JM certainly has plenty of time on his hands writing these lengthy linkedin posts.

What sums up this saga for me was when 2 or 3 days before easter and the end of Q1 JM stated they still expected the fuel agreement to be signed off in Q1. We were then told there was a delay due to religious holidays. Did he think the Easter holiday period had been cancelled this year!!! His certainly taking us for a ride and we are now close to September.

As each day goes by the more I think MSC are playing QED and this trial will never happen.I won't be suprised if at the AGM there has still been no news.

Incorrect as what we have been told by JM we know it is just for the trial unless things have changed and his yet to mention it.

Simpleinvestor....Do you seriously think it takes over 8 months for legal teams to conclude the fuel agreements which are relatively quite simple agreements ? If you do then your knowledge of the business world must be very small.

SC - if you still think it is the legal teams holding up the MSC fuel agreement then oh my how can one be so deluded.
