Fabrication of the Company's trial equipment has now commenced, ahead of installation and commissioning at the MAC² terminal later in Q1 2025. Fuel production and the 2-month Proof-of-Concept MSC vessel tests of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ are expected to commence in Q2 2025 with a view to obtaining Letters of No Objection ("LONO") from the engine manufacturer. The bioMSAR™ LONO trial is estimated to take 6-8 months following the anticipated successful conclusion of the Proof-of-Concept tests.

What is also odd aswell as the 3p is they have funds to last until April so could od waited for further news in the next 2 months that would have pushed the SP even higher.

Agreed 3p is a shocker as i don;t get why so low,

46G..I recall the mini MMU is to be used for the Panama trial and that MMU will currently be in Morocco.

The news i see that is imminent is :

1. Utah samples results

2. Quadrise and Cargill billateral agreement

Hopefully we get news in the nextc few weeks. I think all other news is expected in the latterr part of Q1.

We have no idea if it has started.

There is no need for a share consolidation and I am sure the majority of shareholders don't want one. Lets move on.

Part of the RNS on 15th Jasn 2025 states :

' A phased payment of the initial license fee, with US$0.35 million now payable by Valkor on 31 January 2025 and the remaining US$0.65 million due on 1 December 2025.'

Do you think they would agree to this first payment 16 days after the RNS if they did not have the funds ? No they wouldn't.

'BTW, my view (and I emphasise, this is purely opinion from following Lafayette progress), is that Valkor et al haven't actually received the funding yet — but they are now confident it will be secured in the upcoming IPO that should be happening over the next month or two.'

Dustof...that comment is incorrect as we have been informed the Valkor funding has been secured as per the RNS.

AKHM...the POC takes 2 months as per the below in the RNS :

'Actually does us a bit of a favour supplying a smaller MMU at this stage as we have a need for the others to use with MSC and Panama. Also with a bit of luck one in Cepsa terminal for Morocco should deal be done after trial.'

I thought the small MMU was currently in Morocco and then would be used for ther Panama trial.

Excellent news apart from the new stagnated payments that will not help cashflow.

If that Linkedin post was what you call 'awesome progress' the SP would have gone north some what. It didnn't.

'The BOD will be in no hurry to do a funding currently, why would they, they have enough cash to last till June/July if no projects move forward.'

Indeed but the fact is it was the 2nd highest biggest faller,. Good to see a recovery in the SP this morning.

Quadrise 2nd highest share faller today.

That is a significant 20% drop in the SP. Hopefully material news is imminent.
