AKHM...Why would you expect that news soon when the trial has not even started ?

After the big rally in the SP i would expect it to drift south until we get some material news.

It will be interesting to know where we currently stand on the Valkor project :

1. Regarding the $1m payment the 100 bopd must have been met by now so it must just be red tape for the $15m funding I would assume.

2. We have no update on the samples and whether they have been sent.

Pharo...the agreement with Youness was extended to June 2025 and is dependent on key milestones of which one is the OCP fuel agreement completed by 31st December 2024. This milestone has been missed.

Obviously the agreement with Youness for the commercial supply of fuel to OCP has lapsed. I assume once the trial has started a new agreement will be put in place.

Quadrise should shortly start shipping all the equipment for the trial at the new concreted space at the MAC2 terminal for the trial. Did somebody previously post a google satellite view of this concreted area ?

'He's been to Utah but said nothing about their funding, so we must take it that what was said at the AGM (Valkor are very confident of completing their funding in December) must still be the case, otherwise he would have had to tell us that the situation had changed. Valkor MUST have told him how their funding is going whilst he was there, he definitely would have requested an update if they had not (unlikely IMVHO) volunteered it, so he knows, yet he did not say anything on the video about it. If it was delayed outside of December he would have had to say so, but if he knows it's expected to complete tomorrow, Friday, at the weekend, etc, he could not tell us because that would be putting the cart before the horse on a specific date and, if there was then an unexpected delay, he would be in trouble with the FCA for the forward looking statement that was not 100% guaranteed to happen at that time.'

Because JM did not mention the funding you cannot conclude anything. Thatt interview came across to me as a sign off for 2024 so I do not ecpect any further news this year. I expect the team will ne on their festive holidays from Monday until early January.

Cownos,,,Just looked and yes you are correct there was a seperate RNS for the test results. So it does look like we will get an RNS on the Utah samples when they are complete. Your memory is better then mine as I can't remember that RNS. Well done.

Crownos...tes the test results were announced in an RNS but I don't recall that RNS just being about the results (correct me if i am wrong). Barking eluded to an RNS just for the results. I think they will be in the RNS that is related to the $1m payment.

Barking..it id not material news and that is why there was no RNS for those samples tested a year or so ago.
