There seem to be a few very naive posters on here on how business's are run. If you are a CEO and get demoted whatever your skills it is very likely you will be put on a lower remuneration package.

I agree with your points but I would like to highlight that not many people are overly happy with a pay cut (but he does have his options and shares so a big motivator for success) and that it is highly likely the new CEO will be from outside the company. If they get the right CEO i can see momentum changing more rapidly.

Tecchnically this is a demotion for JM so I wonder if his salary has been reduced. The new CEO will obviously be on a higher salary than JM who's current salary is over £300k.

JM has always been more of a technical expert than a CEO so a good move.I wonder if JM was forced into the move due to missing target dates year after year.

MSC Leandra has just arrived at Charleston on the USA east coast and will then visit various other ports. Does anybody know what date she leaves the US east coast to travel to Antwerp ?

There will be no RNS stating the equipmemt has been installed etc at Mac2. It is not material.
