That email suggest's they still expect the trial to start in Q2. Let's hope it does but only 15 days let of Q2.

We were told that once the plan for the Morocco trial had been agreed the details would be announced. The chance of it starting in Q2 must be very slim now and i doubt QED have any idea when it will start.Our kit has been in Morocco for over 6 months now.

How i see it is once the bilateral agreements are announced (in March we were told soon) then it is worth monitoring the MSC Leandra as the POC cannot start without them

AKHM...my point is the remunaration commitee (which JM is not part of) gave JM some targets which they classed as success by the CEO.He failed to achieve this success and was far from it as the trials required for any of the projects were not completed. This is now old news so let';s see if they can start progressing in these projects and as i say not many weeks left of Q2 now.

Good question. I would expect the RNS would have to be early Q3 at the latest.

AKHM I assume you are being sarcastic about JM not having a bonus to preserve the cash runway. If not then it is quite clear that if he met the criteria targets the bonus would of been paid and so it should have been but as Vicky stated he failed to do so.

Vicky spoke about the criteria for bonus payments at the last AGM so that's how i know and yes the company being commercial was part of it. If JM had been succesful he would of got a bonus but he failed to and that is why i am stating he failed as a CEO. it is simple as that.

Franko...the fact is he did not deliver as a CEO so it is a fair comment. Regarding motivational if i was told that I had not delivered as an employee it would motivate me to deliver.

It is the last working day for JM as our CEO and during his tenure as CEO his goal woud have been to complete commercial contracts for the sale of our fuels MSAR/BioMsar. He didn't do this and didn't even complete the trials required. I am sure he will admit he did not deliveer what was expected. Let's hope our new CEO (once appoointed) knows how to get things done and delivers with the assistance of JM as CTO.

Two thirds of Q2 has now gone and we have not had any developments announced in any project.Only 21 working days left of Q2.

Barking..I am suprised you did not understand my post. Maybe for it to be clearer to you he had to 'EXERCISE his warrants and had to ny 31dt May 2025. He probably has not decided when he will sell the shares he owns yet.
