If you listen to the reply to question 71 of the recent IMC JM states it is there intention to get the 3 agreements signed by the of the month.

Bringing them to a conclusion is signing the contract. I am sure if you asked JM he would say that was there intention.

You are right Boyporche. It is 1000 to 1 for 2 announcements and 500 to 1 for one announcement.
I have just placed a 20p each way bet.

4 working days remaining in April now. The odds on 2 announcements must be about 500 to 1.

If Morocco is announced I would expect the SP to be around 4p and then MSC should double the SP to about 8p IMHO.

Just watched the presentation again and i think I am right in saying of the three agreements expected to be signed in April Morocco and Utah are regarding the trial agreements and MSC is the trial plus commercial agreement.
