Vince your missing the point. He may be the world's emulsion expert but that does not mean he is CEO material. If you are happy with him giving you project milestones that he misses month afer month after month then your a very happy man.
I would have him in the role of Projects Exectutive but not CEO.

Vince...if you read my post again it states stepping down from the CEO position to a project position. In my view he is not CEO material if he continues to miss all these milestones.

I hope I am wrong also.
If nothing is forthcoming in Juine then what ? At the next IMC brutal questions need to asked . Even questioning whether JM is CEO materail and that he should step down to a project executive role and be replaced.

My prediction is the next RNS will state the date and time of the July IMC meeting. I don't think there will be any news in June as JM's timescales just seem to be a crowd pleaser and are utter nonsense.

Tom are obviously havong major issues obtaining the funding and I would expect this is duie to no signed up customers.

Any funders that Tomco are speakoijg to will ask what customers have you signed up and at what volumes ? If Tomco do not have any customers signed up wopuld they fund over $100m ? I doubt it and thus the delay.

The new management at our Morocco client started last September and we are nearly in June. and we still do not have an agrrement for the trials. Does anybody have a plausinble reason why it would take so long to make the agrreement ? To me if we gave the new managament 3 months to settle in then 2 months to make the agreement that would be reasonable. To go 9 months plus is beyond belief and something must be seriously wrong. I am aware JM stated they expected to finalise the agreement in May and it may go into June but it just get's being pushed back after every update.I am beginning to wonder if JM is the right person to be making agreements on trials etc with clients.

Yes we are all on the same side but we have been here many times before when project targets are missed or never actually happen. I will be interested to know your views if there is still no project announcements regarding Morocco and MSC by the end of June.

A betting man would not agree with your elves. I take JM's timelines as a pinch of salt now.

Since at least Sept 2021 we have been in a loop where each quarter we get excited about the project timelines given but then nothing happens so all is moved to the next quarter and so on and so on. Hopefully by the end of June we have news so we are out of this damn loop.

So the company strategy review has resulted in going forward with the current projects.

Nothing has really changed since the last update plus Utah agreement.

I thought that in the IMC they stated that in May they would announce a new company strategy. I can't see much change in the projects unless we get these two other agreements signed soon.

It was a foolish thing to do imposing a deadline for 3 agreements when you are not 99% sure they will each be agreed on time.

This is QFI they never hit targets/deadlines.
