Yeah, I expect a number of shareholders will have asked broadly similar questions - do we have enough funding to get 1801/2 through P1, what are the expected timescales, how many potential partners are you talking to, are there plans to extend life of our older patents, what are the ethics of live testing on wombles etc.

Morning Celtic - the link below suggests a 70% success rate for P1 trials in autoimmune. Pretty decent odds then of our sp increasing by a significant amount in the next 5mths or so. Once 1802 adds to the pot and GSK get their finger out with 737 then it's looking good for Sareum.

I wonder if they've kept in touch with AbbVie over the years. Might be time for them to 'do lunch' and catch up on new developments in the world of immunotherapy.

Morning Stoney - Tim stated at a previous investor meeting that generally a company would want a compound for all indications rather than just one so it would be unlikely that we would have multiple license deals for 1801.

Whilst a multi-license scenario might not be feasible, 1801 (and 1802) could still prove to be such a swiss army knife in terms of ability that a single license deal is correspondingly vast.

Plus the key word he used is 'generally', so anything could happen.

Just poking about and came across another possibility - the Medicines Evaluation Unit in Manchester.

They claim to be a leader in P1 trials and their website notes, "with PD markers, a large skin biopsies phenotype database, physicians qualified in skin biopsies and skin assessments including EASI, PASI, BSA, PGA, SCORAD and particular experience in psoriasis research, the MEU is dedicated to pioneering innovative breakthroughs in dermatology."

Hi Ahfam - good P1 results will clearly be a big de-risk and I'd hope our BoD will maximise shareholder returns by ignoring the advances of any pharma until then. I reckon we'll get another RNS mid-Aug to say the CTA is approved and the trial starting shortly thereafter with results by Christmas. We've got the funds to get that far so let's not sell ourselves short.

In the meantime I'll be keeping an eye on the two websites below for any signs of the CTA being published.

Sounds like an excellent question for the meeting on the 4th.

Maybe PH haven't managed to attract suitable investment opportunities so it's a case of keep them as a joint broker but get better financial PR elsewhere. One of our contacts at Consilium has a PhD in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience and a Master of Research in Biochemistry so you'd hope they understand what we're all about.

Going by the figures on page 10 of the doc below, average time for approval of P1 CTA appears to be about 12 days (if I've read it right and there are no grounds for non-acceptance).

Hi Gunner - well at least we now have one question for the 4th - why has SAR chosen now to change their PR team? I'd guess this gives them time to get up to speed before the 1801 trial starts. Once results are in, they should have a fat licensing deal lined up for us with a major pharma.

As Krone spotted, we appear to have new financial PR. I wonder what they might bring to the table, might be time to think big, really big!

Evening Celtic - yeah, the successful Sierra application means reapplying under the GSK banner should just be a formality (though there might be a few changes such as population size and location of patients etc.)

With GSK remaining silent on 737 it'll be interesting to hear what the BoD say in the next trading update.
