Afternoon,

Just thought I would summarise all the recent amazing news we have had again as it keeps getting lost in the green blob brigade. Goodness knows what rubbish has been posted!

In summary, in the last two years (by reading the RNS) we have had:

No less than 5 updates surrounding deals with OEMs and Tier 1 which will directly be impacting cars on the road from now and into 2024. Including the largest DMS/OMS award ever and a first foray into Japan. KPIs for cars on the road incidentally will be coming out in November. Last KPI showed a 143% 12 month growth rate. We could smash this in November.

No less than six collaborations with semi-conductor companies have been announced, pushing forward with the three pillar strategy. It seems our route to RFQ wins is maximised by partnering with so many great companies. Analyst predictions of DMS/OMS market share for Seeing Machines are ever increasing.

We have had an exclusive licensing deal to produce DMS/OMS in the mirror not to mention including funding which will see us to profitability according to latest financial roadmaps. Incredible at a time when funding is proving hard to obtain - particularly considering the funding positions of our main competitors.

We've had two aviation announcements - the latest perhaps the most exciting - partnering with Collins - a leading avionics supplier who are extremely well positioned to integrate our technology into aviation. A large aviation deal is on the horizon news of which expected any day now.

Two major Aftermarket announcements - one with Mobileye - incorporating the Mobileye set of aftermarket products with Guardian (our own aftermarket product). The other with Shell, one of several companies who jointly decided Seeing Machines Guardian offered the best product on the market.

By the way - did you realise, GEN 3 version of Guardian will be announced soon - which will revolutionise the rollout of Guardian into fleets worldwide, easier to install, large contracts are expected to arise out of this development.

Announcement of mandated DMS technology - the dates on this are crazy. Did you know that by July 7th 2024, ALL new vehicle types of buses, trams, trucks, coaches etc (M and N category vehicles) HAVE to be equipped with advanced driver distraction warning?

We have had no less than 50 signs of increased confidence in members of the board - including our recent CFO who just can't seem to get enough shares stuffed into their pockets. This is a pretty good sign of insider confidence in the company, who judging by the purchases, consider Seeing Machines to be drastically undervalued. Incidentally, brokers who report to the public also consider undervaluation judging by their price targets (without even taking into account the aviation market)

Needless to say, exciting times ahead - just a few days to go now until our annual results are published, and a great chance to ask questions of PMG at the Investor Meet meeting on

I know one fact that might contribute to this discussion - I do have a mate that just bought a MACH-e two weeks ago - it has the DMS mount above the steering wheel and alerts at fatigue, but he doesn’t have BlueCruise enabled….so yes, they are putting chips in cars without enabling BlueCruise so that would explain the difference in that instance….

Roads are getting added all the time of course (and countries!) this is a pretty good resource below for roads covered in US and Canada - over 400,000 miles for selected models. 77million plus miles travelled for that all important proof of suitability! Hopefully full maps of Europe will come out soon…exciting times ahead!

Great job in pointing out we are closing in on 14BILLION miles of real world testing - check out the front page of SEEING machines website. No other competitor dares to publish real world data statistics. Wonder why? Hmmmm….not many such startling figures I guess…

368,550 fatigue interventions in the last 12 months. It’s mind boggling thinking about how many lives DMS is saving now, let alone in the future. Super proud to be invested in such a stock, and exciting times ahead :)

Going to be interesting to see the latest set of KPIs which could be out early November (definitely November at some point) Last set showed a quarter on quarter growth rate of over 20% every quarter, and a 12 month rolling growth rate of 143% - wow! I think we could smash these figures out of the park this coming quarter though, with plenty of new cars on the road starting production. Exciting times ahead :)

Our competitors of course don’t make these figures publicly available - not surprising if they are fast losing market share by percentage. Hmmmm.

A stockpiling of cars at dealerships :) At long last the little whacker works out why the car dealers strike is actually good for the cars on the road KPI. News abounds that the strike is coming to a head and the deals on the table are looking like it will be over soon.

Yep - adding to cars on the road for the next set of KPIs due in just a few weeks. I might get me one of those too. Of course, for those that haven’t been around very long, BMW switched from one of our whacky backy’s favourite competitors, decreasing their cars on the road and increasing ours.

Incredible performance - I still am amazed how he managed that deal with in the current climate. It has set us up to reach profitability without any more funding which is more than can be said for our competitors.

Interesting that he has excercised those 7,500,000 options at 6p also - must be expecting exciting times ahead!

Along with the 52 - 52. Yes 52 in the last two years notices of increased PDMR (Persons Discharging Managerial Resposibility) oh, that’s people that have access to price sensitive information INCREASING their shareholdings in the company at a price significantly higher than it is now.

I don’t really see a lack of positiveness - I just see a relentless tirade of (probably paid) trolls that are running as much riot as possible in confusing the board. My recent tirade of reposte against the chief idiot was just to try and show how much exciting news has been posted and how much positivity this company deserves. I was even called up for that. Hmmmm… wonder who by? I will resort back to reporting libellous and disruptive posts but have lost faith in LSE admin. I’m not bothered, I’m obviously holding and actually constantly topping up but I do feel sorry for people who are fearmongered into selling up. You see, when news is realised and the inevitable rise in SP comes - you will see head nor tail of any of the negative posters as they will be paid to deramp some other share. LSE you should be ashamed.

It’s pretty clear not everyone on this board is a deluded ramper….some are just plain deluded.

Terry, Numpti - thanks for the update - guess it’s only a matter of time before most of not all aircraft in the sky will be mandated to have some sort of fatigue monitoring. Good to see Sunrise is taking off. Exciting times ahead :)

Indeed - the way I see it, Seeing Machines wins both ways do we not? This is what the three pillar strategy has been all about, and also many blocks in the same pillars! If you’ve not been around for long as you say it might be with reading about the three pillar strategy which is outlined in the RNS below - it is essentially why our market share is predicted to be so high - we have multiple routes to win the RFQs on the table :)

When you ask if Magna are working on something similar to Valeo what do you mean exactly? Of course, they have their own DMS product integrated into the mirror (SEE DMS obviously) and they have their own ADAS products. Or do you mean an ‘all in one’ solution? In my mind they develop all these products independently (as listed on their website) I’m guessing their products are interoperable, so in essence, they do have a product set similar to Valeo - or is that not what you meant?
