The ministers did state that they will negotiate on a case by case basis
neither the ministers nor ALL have given actually stated figures for royalties etc, just that it will be more than what they currently use for gold
As this is to be the first lithium mine in Ghana, I just see this as part of the negotiations with ALL and we will actually be setting the benchmark for all future deals, I do not personally see any delays nor downside to be honest. This is all new for Ghana. Mali and Zimbabwe are also moving away from exports of ores, keeping additional revenue and jobs within the country, I do not think that is a bad thing.
After the DFS came, I had in my mind september/october for the ML and I do not see anything recently that has swayed my mind away from that timeframe.
