I can see the MG waiting to see the result of V1 drill. If successful they will issue Heron LP as plenty of oil to feed the refinert. If not we wait until next year and another year nearer to refinery completion so that Heron oil supplies the refinery

So the issuance of the land permit continues. The Mongul Government clearly have a hidden agenda and a true reason as to why they won't issue the LP. all this twoddle from certain rampers saying they have a feeling it will happen in the next 2 weeks based on a gut feeling is nonsense .

This will likely drag on for many more months if not years. If we end up with a duster on the V drill and another raise we are back to square one.
