What? Soo oooooo oooooo oooooo oooooo oooooon.
I think that what's frustrating is that both times the share price has taken off recently then pc issued negative news to push it back down. It was as if he was deliberately trashing the share price. I know that pc has a bad reputation but you would think that he'd be able to deliver once.
Yep. There's still a limited amount of shares available.
11m to go.
So they say. I was referring to the lack of silver (so far).
If pc was a football manager then he'd be Sam Allardyce.
The converted shares from the loan notes are locked in for 6 months and then the holders have to sell through the broker whilst maintaining an orderly market for 6 months.
Damn, zak did a funny chart, must mean a placing.
Until tb takes and sells the £360k worth of clns at 2p plus interest, then the company is being held back. And for that matter, how did he get to award himself the shares at a fixed price plus interest.
I've bought a few after selling earlier this year. I do think that dp is a decent person who is trying to pick a winner, and that the licences are good, its just a shame that he concentrated on gold instead of the copper licences. I also note that whilst he mentioned copperhead there isn't any mention of work at copper dome. One has to hope that it will be in a separate rns. But at 6.5m market cap then its looking undervalued anyway.
I just don't understand why a company looking to secure its supply wouldn't just look at the market cap here and think that it would be cheaper to buy the entire project or company and then sell off the bits it doesn't need.
You have to wonder with this share price, is it being sat on to help Swan? Or is pc about to sell out the shareholders again with another discounted placing? Or are shareholders giving up? One thing's for certain, its that pc isn't in any hurry to add value to the share price. I wonder why. I can but hope for an offer to relieve me from this groundhog day.
There are some clns outstanding and I expect tb to sell them to stay under 30%, but once they're gone they're gone.
Also, have you seen the photo of the sulphides on the sunrise page, under the Clayton silver tab.
I've got some shares to sell.... At 3p.
Why people spreadbet I do not know, but the bookmakers can see your position and trade against you. The only way that you'll win is if more people are short than long, and then they'll trade against the ones with the largest positions. If you cannot afford to buy a share then you shouldn't be gambling imo.
There is some interesting news in the mail, that an AI company correctly identified a treatment for covid.
Ok, I admit it, I sold 2m in the last week to chase rms (at 1.2) and i bought them back this morning. Got to admit that my stocks are on fire apart, from this, but I remain steady in the hope that eventually the maths of this project will work out, or someone astute will launch an offer. I've got loads of profit now but ideally would like a positive update before going all in (have 19m shares atm).
It does seem that every time the share price rises then they release a poor rns and it gets kickbacked.
I've got a bunch tightly held. Will top up on any weakness. This has got the makings of nyct type take off.
