Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Shells 1998 Seismic and mapping , had multiple additional leads to the South
West of the license, they thought either oil or large condensate reservoirs with
even more gas over.......
The recent new discovery placed on Barons update, Quokka , is part of those
additional leads, so like Sunrise , we probably as Shell theorised in the 90's
have a similar offset large condensate to also develop (new owner)
:)))))))
Have to always consider what the buyer is getting out of it
The long term developer at current gas prices, over a potential 30 year
production cycle , could be looking at $100 Billion , split between them
and the Island.
25th March 2021 , Sunrise next door valued at conference $65 - $75 Billion
check out how much gas prices have risen since March 2021
Offshore Greater Sunrise: A $75 billion oil and gas giant?
Timor Leste is the majority shareholder in the Greater Sunrise fields, containing more than 5.13 trillion
cubic feet of gas, worth at least 50 billion dollars. The blocks contain 225.9 million barrels of condensate
reserves, worth over $15 billion.

but should never compare prices on shares again worthless
its offer prices and yet again Market Cap that have validity......
Here, for every £189m offered its 1p on the sp
:))
when the offer came in for cove it was rangebound 18-22p
initial Shell offer took it to bobbing 80-85p
Where your truly , ****ed up and sold , so missed out on the extra
the Noc paid
:((
Usually happens in one of two forms, if a direct offer comes in stating a figure
the MM's usually take almost straight to the price equivalent.
Reason, all on their books now being kept , so they get the difference themselves.
If no definite figure, rapidly gap up, after the bar stewards , play and pull a **** drop
or some on the way, they always reward themselves on the way........lol
Third scenario, sometimes, take it straight up then pull back deep , again looking
after themselves, if weak holders bail, they can again accumulate and take the
difference themselves , or keep playing ping pong prices , until deal finalised.
In many of those cases, when they panic drop, you won't be able to buy, they
get sellers , then see who's daft enough to pay higher, leaving new buyers with
a small bonus if they hold them to the end.
Until all done, they will use the full bag of dirty tricks, to make themselves money
Holders have their own choices, sell now for near the offer price
with the risk , deal may fall through and the bar stewards will take advantage
and drop like a duster.
But then like Cove, a bidding war could take it much , much higher
as Ned says , set your own targets, listen to no one but your own
circumstances........
AIM is the wild west casino and like all casino's
the house , never loses out........lol
;))
Depends how the market plays it BM
Think it was Cadogan , a few years ago had over 50 million on the books
but for 2 years , its MC never got above 20 and it had 2 production fields
many of us sat waiting for a rerate just to cash value, it never came....
But it was if I remember the Ukraine or similar and selling the oil/gas at
much lower than market rates, to the domestic market....cash did zero
for it.........lol
Should not be the case here, if we sell, we leave the politics of the region behind
and have a war chest , for Dunrobin if not also sold and new ventures/AQ's
perhaps, even a special dividend thrown in the mix for us.........lol
:))
Cove was much lower share base, did not think it was that high Fish
old head remembers we were bobbing along 20-25p , when the first
offer came in, which was worth about 60 odd pence on top, 85p'ish
then the protracted tussle between the various big boys.......GLA
;))
was this transaction , scroll RNA message down price 0.075
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/BOIL/directorpdmr-shareholding-8x9akae7dxc7ts2.html
no its a typo
I actually had forgotten the name when I first posted this, someone else on
the board remembered it was Cove Energy.........lol
:))
As said now down to the BOD, to have a spine and negotiate
a good deal for all, not just their now well feathered nests of
cheap shares.
Its only a few years ago, another minnow, ended up with £1.25 Billion
for a similar sized asset , when gas prices were one third of current prices
In that case , the bidding war helped, initial offer by Shell, winner in the
end was the Thailand NOC, with around 40p per share higher, than the
initial Shell bid.
Gas/LNG of far more interest Worldwide than then, due to climate change
targets, war etc........and as posted the other day, article stating , what was
it, the future being Hydrogen production and 40 - 45% of that will still be
produced from Natural Gas..........
Gas is also in for the journey, not just the current price spike..............GLA
;))
Same old , same old , pulled back and bouncing off 0.1525
First target HIGH which is Market Cap never sp
dilution constantly makes invalid
Our high we 0.34p with a MC of £49.133m
Under the new share base , first target is to get past that and hit Blue Sky
rise territory, that is
0.25996p for the same HIGH...........GLA
:)))))))))
Sale of Chuditch , for every £189m offered is 1p on the sp
if only credited 1 TCF = 170Mboe = $170m per $1 barrel
sold.........

Q - What industrial sector ?
Oil and Gas perhaps?
:)))))))))))))))))
Expecting to test new high , which would now be 0.25p
(MC High) break that and its Blue Sky territory again
Just like when banging around 0.1p, MC high was 0.17p
once broken , it did another 100% quickly.....to 0.34p
MC high always a valid bench mark, sp's worthless
after each dilution..........GLA

need about 570m for an initial 3% as of the 29th , the official day all
the forward sold hit the market......lol
we had spreads prints of £180k and £324k recently but the highest
deffo a buy was the £124k earlier this week.
Others of a similar size noted during the original blitz after the initial September
announcement.
As said on many boards, forget the 30k and below stuff, it's generally HNW Pi's
when the real action starts, the £75k - £250k+ brigade arrive.
We had the recent TR1 for 3.78% , so with all the buying would expect to see that one
rise , to maintain position against the new share base and hopefully more to come.
When they where not used and abused, pre 2018, TR1's gave a lot of the games away
but one arriving with a real name attached, could 10 bag a share in a flash.
Have used this e.g. before , when ukog made its discovery well at Horsehill, all fell flat
a bit of a plink plink fizz rise of not a lot.........
Suddenly one day , it busts a gut and keeps going, the reason became clear a few days
later, French Major Maurel Prom , bought £6m squids worth on the open market, over
3 sessions, each day reported and printed 3 days later, all 3 at good premiums to the
prevailing prices on each day........
Ground floor to almost kiss 12p...........
Sector Giant or known Sector real II investor, worth their weight in gold
on a TR1..........
Just imagine, we got one with Santos or ENI's name on it,,,,,,,,,,,,
:))))))))))))))))))))))))
