Question...

I have never been involved in a share that is involved in a possible takeover bid so my question is,

If an offer by sidara is rejected by the wood board for one reason or another, does this get corresponded to shareholders or do we not get to know until an offer is worth putting to us?

TBF, the whole of the markets took a fall due to the Tariffs in China and USA.

This on the whole stood up pretty well, glad it ended in the 40p region as that was hard to break the last few day's.

Tomorrow is another day.

Bamb, I think you must be on about the 9.900 ut as the premium buy.

Unfortunately it's not a buy its an uncrossed trade as I cannot see a premium buy unless it hasn't shown up yet, if that's the case then apologies for this post.

We have had a lot of premium buys in the last fortnight so more will come.

GLA and a bit of patience is required.

Daily movements shouldn't worry people, medium to long term is the answer with some patience.

Any holder here knows its a good share and all we are waiting for is news on other banks getting involved.

I was thinking the same, this transaction took place before market opened on Friday when we had the rns so must be half of the placement shares sold which is good news as sooner these are sold then we can move north with sp.

My own personal opinion is they are all probably already sold before they hit the market on Wednesday

Could we get a tr1 soon, as a few big buys on top of last week's buys if it's the same person or organisation.

That would be great before some other news to show confidence going forward.
