RE: The Nerve of RP8 Oct 2018 18:06
JJAL - value is being added all the time. You my friend are simply blind to it.
The company is growing. It’s assets are growing. The land under lease is growing.
Just because it isn’t currently reflected in the SP doesn’t mean the company is not in a far better position than it ever has been.
Just because you cannot yet see the full extent of the work that has gone on over the last year, doesn’t mean it hasn’t gone on.
WD will no doubt be unvielled soon and along with it, permit applications for absolutely loads of wells.
Kansas will soon be a revenue producing asset, of which we will no doubt also get more news on how many wells we can expect to see come online.
DTU may well also have a little surprise given the Nitrogen situation also.
All of this work is not currently reflected in the SP as it’s not over the line yet (or not announced yet) but doesn’t mean to say those well applications aren’t already all drawn up just waiting to be submitted.
We will also no doubt have been working on financing options for the wells in WD / Kansas etc.
Robert is CEO of our company, a company that has the potential to deliver assets worth hundreds of millions, perhaps even billions of dollars over time if Helios is viable, you have no idea how many hours he puts in to deliver what has been done so far.
The SP has been disappointing as in an ideal world it would have gone up over the year, however if it had I wouldn’t be able to hold anywhere near as many shares as I do.. every cloud...
We know the Nitrogen play is valuable. We hope WD can deliver 48+ wells, alongside ED.
DTU and Helios have the potential to deliver huge rewards on top.
Roberts value, aside from the time he puts in, is also his contacts and his ability to deliver the things you can’t see reflected (currently) in the SP.
The water play, CO2 play, both of which could be very interesting indeed as well.
I’m sure when these plays come to light (Kansas & WD no doubt soon) and the wider population catches on to the real value of those assets, the SP will no longer be a concern, and you will realise just how much Robert and the rest of the team have delivered in the last twelve months and before.
Analogy time:
A win is always great. A win coming from 2-0 down after 20 mins is even better, a win when you backed the winner when it was 2-0 down.... priceless...
Delivering shareholder value is the name of the game, investing is investing. Not gambling (bad analogy above lol) various events have transpired which have caused us to be valued where we are today.
Remember the company is valued at ~£20m here for all its assets. ALL of them.
Kansas could be selling nitrogen for ~$4 + profit an MCF imminently.
How many MCF could we produce daily from 1100 ( could be more now) acres?
My guess, when that asset **alone** is reflected in the SP at an X times
