When the name change to Zoetic was filed at Companies House an RNS followed and the company changed ticker the following trading day.
At Companies house today the name change to Chill Brands Group was filed......
Don't you worry about me, all I can see is future profit increasing by nibbling away at the shares being sold at these levels!
The SP is currently ludicrous to where the company should be valued... Whilst some worry about insignificant results (just like the previous years) the focus should be on the fact the products are now in 2500+ stores already, appear to still be rolling into Smoker Friendly stores judging by the new pictures of their stores that frequently emerge, and the brand is continuing to gain excellent exposure in the USA with its sponsorship of PBR events and riders.
A sniff of the rollout progressing will cause people to pile back in here, the sensible ones will be quietly nibbling away at the shares as they become available, and its only a matter of time before someone takes a huge bite.
Guess I know who to thank for the cheap shares tomorrow. Cheers boys.
Tonnacombe - also in the same one, looks like not the only one with two budding Global Brands in the portfolio :-) Hope the broker mess sorts itself out.
The RNS in which you refer:
“Cadence and schedule of previously announced 3,500-store rollout modified in collaboration with major US partner
Ongoing Florida-based rollout used to assess and maximise effectiveness of regional sales and promotional efforts.”
Now what word in there should you pay attention to:
ONGOING
It has not stopped.
Look how many stores rolled in April.
It can and IMHO will pick up the slack and still be in the same number of stores it has predicted it will be in.
Trolls are trying to make it sound negative of course, but it is not due to lack of sales!
The products would hardly be nominated for an award along with the global branded products that are alongside them in the “Retailers Choice Best New Products” …
“focuses on the most successful product launches from the past year”
Seems the industry and clearly the consumers like it. In its section it is up against a company making hemp paper wraps sold in 24,000 outlets at present….
As for the other categories, they feature the usual global brands such as Coca-Cola, Herscheys, Kellogg, Heineken, Anheuser-Busch etc etc.
It’s not a Mickey Mouse award nomination.
ALL the big chain retailers pay attention to that and just to be nominated is pretty huge.
It’s the only CBD Smokes that have made it to be nominated. Perhaps that is why it has multiple national distribution deals in place….
So how many will it be in March?
At a guess I’d say it will still be a substantial way towards the initial 10,000 and it will probably make up the “shortfall” in this quarter.
I’m sure makeaprofit will be happy ever after together with their small profit.
In the meantime I’m sure the BOD, including our new NED, our listed major shareholder, myself and all the others holding millions of shares will sleep easier knowing this wonderful story as the global brand continues to be built.
You are correct, for now we don't do drinks.
For now.....
Delisting / suspended… know what I mean….
Was a very dramatic post, when all one needs is to relax and let things play out. It’s all good here.
Posting non factual statements with the conclusion of de-listing being the consequence if not done, and then thanking one of the biggest trolls on here for clarifying your mistake, and suggesting I didn’t know when I posted all in one go!
Have you been hacked?
Or perhaps taking a “competitors” product with too much THC?!
I jest.
The whole purpose of my message was to chill, and let the inevitable play out.
It’s good for the bulls.
Bad for the bullpoopers.
Have a nice weekend, safe in the knowledge we are in the best hands possible.
Storm in a tea cup, can’t even believe suspension was mentioned!
The day we are suspended will be the day a global brand collecting company has come in and paid many billions for us.
Until then.
Just Chill.
Tobacco Cessation.
It does not say smokes.
It does not say chews.
It is The Chill Brands Tobacco Alternatives....
The Chill Brands Tobacco Alternatives in the MOST SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT LAUNCHES.
I guess both the smokes and the chews are going down well then........
The BNPC honors today’s top product innovations and tomorrow’s solutions, focusing on the most successful product launches from the past year "
Nominated by c-store industry members...
Just to make that very very clear:
THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT LAUNCHES FROM THE PAST YEAR
I do believe it's still July.
The only thing appalling here is the trolls inability to understand the difference between tobacco cessation and a CBD business, alongside their failure to grasp the significance of the distribution deals.
I'd say rolling out to over a 2000 store count in April, and a target of circa 3500 now (yet to hear where we are with that) is pretty impressive.
For those that do not understand, Zoetic sells to distributors who then manage the shop relationship.
Zoetic doesn't have a real-time dashboard flashing up sales per store, and funny enough neither do Coca Cola, Red Bull or Fevertree, or any other company selling via globally reaching distribution chains.
They are operating with the same massive distribution chains that they do...
I would imagine with the chill domain for online growth, reaching into new markets both nationally in the USA and Internationally (UK now) things are rather rosey.
The fact it isn't reflected currently in the SP is neither here not there for me, and I'm holing millions of shares.
The company is funded, and in profit, and able to grow organically. Just have some patience and wait for everything to unfold...
Quick we have run out of what stores stories (you know the panic driven “they are not selling in any stores” then oopsie company tells everyone rolled out to 2000+ in April and company is in profit….)
So let’s make up other Story stories……
Rolls eyes……
The more rubbish that is spouted, the more likely the rebound will come…..
Is it IR / PR / News O’Clock yet……?
When it’s been quiet a while usually something decent pops up!
I mean, why would you buy a domain like Chill? ……
Tick Tock Goes the Clock.....
At some point TODAY it will be Chill O'Clock.....
Check out Creek_Young on IG........
“Journalist” of the year award for that scoop!
Why anyone would pay for that site is beyond me!
Considering photographic evidence shows SF selling the pouches for $9.99 and the chews for $9.79 in their stores I'd say a very large pinch of salt needs to be taken with regards to the accuracy of the rest of the information with its very specific to the cent prices....... as the sales price is incorrect to start with.. Just my two cents worth (or 4 cents / 20 cents worth) .... you get the picture....
I think some people need to stop and rethink "the van"
Chill has products rolling out across all of the USA.
It's a large country and you need to understand the way the distribution is managed in order to even being to grasp the logistics of that.
"The Van" is indeed a van which has had a Chill paint job.... It is by no means the only van delivering Chill products in Colorado, let alone across the front range, or indeed across the whole of the USA.......
The distribution is a very complicated beast, but it is just that, the national distribution.
It will be with a network of small independent distributors, right up to the likes of Core-Mark and McLane when dealing with AATAC or larger chains such as 7-11.....
I swear some people (mostly green ones) could not even begin to comprehend the basics of rolling out to 3,500 stores let alone 10,000, or 30,000 and beyond.....
Chill will be stocked as often as it needs to be, just like cans of Coke , Red Bull etc...
Indeed Bluerill, I agree.
Just wanted to counter a ridiculous point I read a while back from a troll which was something along the lines of, if they quit smoking altogether using these, then where are your sales....
I’d be very happy if 20-30-40% of traditional cigarette smokers who switch to Chill ultimately stop smoking altogether, of those a number would probably continue to take CBD products if they didn’t before.
But they would tell their friends how they managed to quit and give up and more people would try Chill accordingly.
If your a smoker and you mange to give up, I guarantee you will tell every smoker you know when asked how you managed to quit...
There will be no better salesperson than someone who manages to quit smoking altogether (or tobacco) using these products.
You will gain one customer, then possibly lose that customer, but that customer will get you 5-10 more customers and so on....
Some will switch to Chill and stay with Chill, maybe some cut down, maybe some will smoke more, and some will smoke less and quit entirely.
Some will try it and stick to their original smokes, might not be for them.
And finally yes some people will take up smoking them who never smoked before and enjoy it. Likely they would had tried tobacco instead of Chill, so if they do that, they have something that isn’t addictive and if they enjoy it then you have given them something they enjoy, that is still IMHO better than the alternative of tobacco.
