Need just over 6m at the moment for that!
Only if I win the lottery I’m afraid. But then I’d probably go for ~10% +
Maybe waiting for more borrowed shares to be sold so can buy them?
The branding is top notch.
The distributors love it hence the deals.
The number 1 smoke shop chain in USA loves it’s hence stocking it.
There are lots of corn flake varieties and colas also....
Next...
Surely VAS you and troll friend Billy and co would already have done this research?
After all the basis of short attack is “no stores, no revenues”....
I guess a bit like TW and his twisted “no stores” angle.
Calls himself a journalist but can’t use Google or see the huge “Chill Sold Here” stickers on the windows and front doors of stores for starters....or products on sale within them...
Or the fact more appear every day.
Smoker Friendly were part of earlier rolled out stores.
This is the number 1 smoke shop chain in the USA.
You can Google their stores and see some with pictures uploaded months ago with Chill products.
The company announced it has a deal to roll out to an entire smoke shop chain.....
And each day you can see more pictures uploaded of SF stores selling Chill products.
Why would they, a specialist smoke shop chain, roll to all of their stores if it wasn’t selling?
Shorts are making the most of sales numbers withheld.
They will be destroyed if not closed by the time sales numbers are announced....
It is why so desperate now to get the SP lower now, making up all kinds of stories.
IMHO buying shares they have shorted and holding is the best thing you can do.
If I get an xfer done in time I welcome this drop as it will enable me to cross 4m shares ready for when the company is in 3500+ stores and accelerating the pace to maybe 10,000+ outlets by the end of the year.....
In the meantime it’s just a bump in the road on the journey to many £’s which it will be this year....
Peed off it’s biggest shareholder????? LOL
I think JS is fine and so is Eric Schrader....
Shorts increased and increasing = cheap borrowed shares to buy that will need to be bought back.....
What happens short term is irrelevant as the company rolls out more stores every single day...
Make the most of shorted shares when they come available.... it’s always the best time to buy them..
IMHO any price is a good top up price at the moment! It’s never been anywhere near the highs it will ultimately reach.
3500+ high footfall stores by the end of June.....
Can see the products appearing in stores all over the place, stores don’t take pics daily as new products go in...
But it’s not just C-Stores with AATAC. Other distributors will target other areas of sale.
There are liquor stores already selling Chill products.
Products might start selling in bars/kiosks etc... That was mentioned by Eric Schrader on his interview...
Chill has products which target tobacco cessation, they can and will sell in many more outlets than just C-Stores.
The visibility of the products out there is about to go through the roof, and puts the nail in the coffin of the shorters “what stores” argument. They still have to buy back their short shares at some point....
It is rolling out more and selling more day after day after day.... The window for shorts to close gets smaller every day.
So you could have bought more lower down here. That happens, happens all the time.
Plenty of shares (one Twitter darling has gone from 40p to 30p recently which is a 30%+ drop) have drops like this.
Fact is this will be in 3500+ stores at the end of June and likely circa 10,000 or more by the end of the 2021. And that is just the USA and just Chill.
The smokes will be in the U.K. ASAP, then Europe....
Zoetic’s new range is launching and will be distributed into the U.K. high street and ultimately international also.
And that is not going to be a £1 SP but a many £ SP.....
Just Chill. :)
Yep if a new product delivered to a store sells out almost instantly I see a BIG PROBLEM for those short!
The store will be keen to order more ASAP as the more they sell the more they make, and they will be very pleased they stocked Chill.
And if part of a chain of stores they will say “and I’d like you to supply them to my chain”
You know like Smoker Friendly have done .... the number 1 smoke shop chain in the USA with ~800+ stores across the USA!
Maybe they will forget to open the shop in the morning?
Arrrrgh!
Honestly...The brand is called Chill.
Clearly a lot of people need it!
Oh look a flying pig!
Morning billy the troll!
Could you please short a little bit more, still got a little more room in the ISA, thanks.
I had a conversation with Trevor and Antonio some time ago, and tweeted accordingly back then, about the ISOLATE requirements and not to worry...
The company already have partnerships, some of which they have named due to the nature of those partnerships and what is involved.
GVB Biopharma are one of them because of the tie in with the seeds aspect for starters.
The company isn’t going to telegraph its manufacturing roadmap and supplier details to shareholders for obvious reasons.
The 10,000 AATAC store commitment was an additional 10,000 from when start / started shipping that next batch to AATAC.
The Smoker Friendly Chain of stores (circa 800) would appear to be the one rolling out to, given you can see Instagram posts from some of their stores, plus using Google to search their store locations, you can then see pictures of stores themselves with the Chill cabinets inside them...
Did the company say it had secured THE LARGEST smoke
shop chain to nationally rollout to or simply “one of the largest”.....
Don’t expect the RNSs to clearly tell competitors where going next!
Where it is sourcing components from, or even with the LDA finance deal in place, what aspects of the supply chain either in the USA or in Europe it may wish to “secure” or in which manner it is securing them...
What UHNW investors are doing (the likes of John Story) and other just HNW investors are doing is chipping away and adding shares.
I’m aware of several people sitting on the fence (not invested) that are waiting to see further evidence of the rollout and sales before investing, who will happily pay north of a £ when news comes out, but will wait and pay that (and they will) when visibility of sales is out there.
It is out there.... if you look... but some people want it in an RNS before invest....
Remember that 12 months is a very long time...
You are talking about a 10,000, high footfall, AATAC store rollout occurring in that time.
6,000 store reach from the original distribution deals... One of those appears to have resulted in the national smoke shop chain “Smoker Friendly”
One chain ~800 stores...
There are another 7 or 8 smoke national chain stores with 100-200 stores each out there in USA... Liquor stores.... bars....
AATAC network has 7 or 8+ 2,000+ National store chains in the C-Store network. At any time any one of them can do what Smoker Friendly have done and decide to go statewide or national (like SF).... a few of the AATAC chains have 5k and 7k stores...
Point is there is a plan to roll to 10,000 stores with AATAC within 12-15 months and work out the best approach to rollout, but they aren’t going to say “no” if a national chain decides they want it are they....
And you also have Europe to come.....
Legally JS does not need to produce a TR1 unless he crosses a 1% threshold in either direction.
The company will update based on the information it has, and it’s noted what his holding would be.
If his holding is not as stated in the RNS at 13.62% when those shares are issued, and falls below 13 or increases above 14 he would need to notify accordingly.
Considering his last purchased increases came when the shares were around and above this current price, it’s unlikely he’s selling and I expect him to increase his holding further still.
Both the customer facing websites are having a re-launch.
Tick Tock
I doubt get “sold into the market”
You’ve got a major shareholder increasing stake and it’s not cheap trying to get a buy quote for 1m shares....
If being sold I’d expect to see an off-book transaction.... and possibly even another RNS soon after maybe....
AATAC is one distribution deal.
10,000 new additional AATAC stores in 12-15 months is with AATAC.
There are multiple other domestic distribution deals running in parallel to the AATAC one, not to mention however many stores that have already rolled out to.
Of particular note would be “one of the largest national Smoke Shop chains” which has come from one of the other distribution deals.
Given the Instagram posts from a Smoker Friendly Store stocking the Chill products, it is IMHO likely to be that chain, which is the largest smoke shop chain in the USA...
That alone would add a further ~850 (with some very high footfall) stores to the total..
I expect as the rollouts progress there will be some other national or statewide chains that wish to stock the products, and as such you will probably see larger incremental side orders popping up through the year alongside the AATAC and other distributors rollouts...
15th Feb 2021
“The rollout of Zoetic's Chill brand of tobacco alternative products has now commenced across the AATAC's national convenience store distribution network. Leveraging dedicated shelf space, our products will take prime position within an initial 10,000 stores committed during the 'Prepare for Lift Off' phase. In conjunction with the sage advice of the AATAC's distribution experts, the Group's focus during this time will be on determining favourable geographic targets whilst gathering the data needed to optimise continued rollout operations. Initial product shipments are anticipated in the coming weeks, with the programme's early requirements set to be satisfied with existing inventory and available funds.”
24th Feb 2021
“ Further to the rollout of the new distribution agreement (the 'Agreement'), announced on 19 November 2020, Zoetic's Chill brand of tobacco alternative CBD products is now set to be stocked by one of the largest tobacco-focused retail chains in the US (the 'Retail Chain'), which previously oversaw the growth of one of America's highest-selling tobacco-free nicotine pouch brands. The Group expects to grow market share due to the Retail Chain's significant number of high footfall stores that will sell Chill products from high-visibility point of sale display stands.”
Since then.... you can see stores in the USA’s number 1 chain Smoker Friendly advertising Chill products for sale......
Furthermore, it’s clear from the distribution deal that a validation in place is what they want prior to taking us on...
The FSA statement also doesn’t indicate any slip in timing of dates with regards to when applications were submitted and when they will be validated.
So Zoetic’s applications are well within those dates and we still expect to get validated prior to March 31st and therefore our distribution deal can still commence along the plans the company would have..
I expect that many “products” that are fake or such poor quality they have zero chance of even getting past the validation phase will start to be removed immediately as won’t be on either validated or pending validation lists.
I’m sure many poor quality products will be removed quite quickly.
What I hope is a clamp down on online rubbish disappearing fast, and only the big brands coming through strong in stores and then subsequently remain online
I do believe we will see quite quickly after March those who haven’t submitted anything being taken down from selling online and perhaps in smaller boutique shops when reopen.
If any in big chains haven’t applied in time then I’d expect the likes of Boots / Lloyd’s / Sainsburys / Tesco etc to do it before they get the embarrassment of trading standards coming in and removing anything!
You would like to think that those already for sale in national chain chemists / supermarkets etc would be good enough to pass.
For any that are hoping to fight the stance and try to remain selling claiming their full spectrum products for example should be exempt, as they believe should not be novel foods, even if the FSA doesn’t clear the shelves via trading standards and any legal battles arguing that point start, a big national chain is perfectly within their right to protect themselves and simply stop selling the product for only those which are validated, should they not want to have the embarrassment of trading standards coming in at any time to a store and removing products and creating a scene!
The CBD Wild West is still going to have a sheriff, but it will have a real badge and not be a self appointed web blogging asbestos farming moron.
The key aspect is still getting on that validation page, and then over to the distribution partners to do their thing, and that is still all good.
A lot of the rubbish pond water on eBay etc will not have submitted costly applications as they know they have zero chance of being validated let alone authorization.
I would still expect a number of closures / raids on places selling pond water, and big companies stocking products will want to see you are validated or be very very happy (as would the FSA) that you have a clear path to that happening.....
I guess eating asbestos laced crops covered in badger excrement isn’t good for the brain.
