Smoking still damages your health.
You are still smoking, so it is still unhealthy.
IMHO it is not as unhealthy as tobacco and nicotine , nor is it addictive, and for those that switch, they will also get the benefits of taking CBD.
The packs carry the required health warnings for the countries they are sold in.
It is (CBD Isolate smokes) however just herbs and Isolate as opposed to all the horrible chemicals put into standard cigarettes, and of course, no nicotine.
There is as such no addiction with the Chill products.
However....
Those who switch to Chill with insomnia or suffer from anxiety and stress disorders, or mild joint aches etc will likely get the benefits CBD offers.
So the smokes, whilst not addictive, are quite likely to make a number of people, particularly older people who may have more joint aches and pains, feel a lot better.
With the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD, IMHO these will help with many other issues people suffer with.
Hopefully they can, if they wish to, fully quit smoking, and maybe switch to chews, or gummies after, if they want the benefits of CBD to continue, and stick with the brand that helped them quit or cut down..... a powerful bond of customer to a brand...
The potential of customers for life is therefore great, even if they only smoke for a month or so, then cut down and quit smoking altogether.. a number of them may switch to gummies or chews.
I know a lot of people who smoked menthol in UK and have either since given up completely or vape nicotine products since the ban happened here.
A fair few switched back to “lighter” traditional tobacco smokes but would swap back to a menthol alternative if they could do....
You only need a tiny % of those many millions of people to make the stores selling 2 packs a day predictions to be out by several multiples!
I dug the number out from an article a while back, but lots more focus on it now as the talk of the menthol tobacco ban gathers pace. Lots of the official numbers all seem to be stating circa 18-20m menthol tobacco smokers...
It’s a large market regardless, and we offer non menthol varieties for the other 18-20m smokers out there.
It was indeed me, but that would be menthol smokers. 39.5m menthol smokers ** in the USA ** alone.
Worth noting of course you are mentioning smokers only here.
There are others who may also like to use gummies or chews when they are in places they can’t smoke, or people in general using CBD to help with their daily lives.
Those who chew tobacco looking for an alternative can use the pouches.
If your on a bus, train or metro, a stressful commute, car pooling or when kids are in the car doing a school run you might not smoke.....have a chew pouch or pop in a gummie at the start of the journey, whilst the little darlings are fighting in the back of the car and Chill.
It’s not all about the smokes, it’s about establishing the Chill brand of products and making those products available to the mass markets that exist for them.
Currently the distribution deals in the USA cover chews and smokes, but with that display stand in lots of stores it will
be easy to plop more variations of smokes and chews, or if a few stores try selling gummies also and they also sell well.....
You have the distribution networks and outlets just waiting for you....
The fact is the products sold well enough for the distribution deals to be signed. They sold well enough for those distributor deals to be executed.
Smoker Friendly tried them and then are actively rolling them to all of their stores in the USA.
The numbers will be good enough, in what must now be nearly 3000+ stores, and rolling to more every single day, to justify an MCAP around 3 times what it is today right now.
You need to factor in growth and where in a very short space of time adding stores at an exponential rate is going to add to that SP.
Not to mention online growth, and international growth...
And remember all of these sales to date have been with very limited advertising, no sponsorships etc, no major influencers.
With nothing substantial in that space the products have sold enough to have justified that premium shelf space slap bang by the tills.
As more people try these products and consume them socially word of mouth will spread, but as Chill raises its profile it will already have its products in thousands of stores..... and not forgetting the other outlets aside from just C-Stores.....bars, kiosks etc.
Add a sprinkling of international growth, and of course the Zoetic Brand for your Brucie Bonus on top.....
No idea what they saying, blissful peace for me.
Progress again over the weekend. Websites in initial form have gone up, lots more content clearly to come if you look at the message that comes back from signing up to to Chill for starters....
“ In the coming weeks you will receive amazing discounts, special promotions, cutting edge apparel, exclusive offers and VIP event invitations.”
Chill will now be in ~2,500+ stores as it moves towards its target of 3500 in just over 5 weeks.
With regards to expansion:
Operating on circa 50% margins (as funded, profitable and using own $ to provide inventory to stores) the rollout to the “high footfall geographically chosen” stores will yield higher sell through rates and get the product out there.
Whilst people talk of rollout in the USA there is the small matter of organically growing the rollout to the UK (Smokes) and the imminent launch of the UK Chill site.
The other countries will also follow.
If Chill targets ~10k stores in the USA within the next 10-11 months from now and they are the high footfall variety (such as ~850 of them being Smoker Friendly Stores) then things are looking good and it’s pretty obvious with c50% margin how you can organically increase at an exponential rate your rollout to stores as more and more come online.
Add to that the fact they will be selling in UK and likely other European countries soon after, don’t just focus on the USA.....
It’s a global market after all, and it’s worth tens of billions (tobacco cessation) *annually*
Chill, after all more and more people are Chilling every day.
Re Herbal Smokes regulations, you'll all find out for yourselves soon enough...... :-)
Who’s short now?
In April 2021, the Group received orders for its 'Chill' brand totalling US$0.34 million from a number of previously announced distribution partners in the United States rolling out 'Chill' to over 2,000 stores. Up to 14 May 2021, the Group had received additional orders in excess of US$1.0 million for its 'Chill' brand and has continued to increase the roll out of 'Chill' into stores operated by the previously announced distribution partners.
Following receipt of the orders outlined above, the Group is trading profitably. Going forward, the Group intends to report on its sales on a quarterly basis.
A multi millionaire Bobby, we have more than one......

No I’m good as I am thanks.
Whilst line after line of filtered posts appear on my screen..
Remember the web sites are about to go live.
Chill Smokes are going to be on sale soon in UK.
Zoetic launch of new cosmetic range is imminent.
We are now less than 7 weeks before selling Chill in 3500+ US Stores.
That’s why the board is being bombarded by the trolls, they know time is running out for them.
Tick Tock
Craigy, it’s simple really, you asked about next year.....
By this time next year the company will probably be in 15-16000 stores (going on the 10,000 AATAC stores + other distribution deals) and by then most likely continuing to roll at a pace of ~1000 new stores a month, in the US alone, to take it up to 22-25k by end of 2022.
That will lead to massive amounts of cash being generated every month.
Not to mention UK sales, whatever is rolling in Europe / elsewhere by then....
I expect (conservatively) at least £3-4 before XMAS, based on a likely minimum of 7000 - 9000 stores in the US selling Chill smokes and chews alone at that point in time.
You then have the extra of what is being generated with online sales, sales in other countries, sales of the Zoetic Brand and sales of other Chill branded products...
Those who are heavily invested in this share are heavily invested in the share as they all believe this (or more) will be achieved.
That goes for multiple UHNW investors, HNW investors, and of course the “Hopeless Dave’s” of this World like me :)
At 3500 stores a realistic valuation (again based on conservative sales) will be around £2.
The trolls will shoot me down of course, but as filtered I really don’t care what they will write!
At 3500+ stores it will be significantly cash generative and able to organically sustain the ongoing rollout at a healthy pace and with cash surpluses.
It’s all happening, and the visibility of this happening is going to be exponentially increasing along with the stores selling the products.....
The SP will take care of itself soon enough, whatever sales figures are announced will be without real advertising, any massive promotions, pretty much simply word of mouth, and the silent salesman on the counter top with lots of smiley faces.
It’s about to get very interesting, sit back, Chill and enjoy the ride.
One year from today? £1.30?!!!
It’s going to shoot past that on confirmation it’s in 3500+ stores and it’s on its way to somewhere between 7-10k by XMAS.
It will be multiple pounds this year...
If you think that is good.....
Check out the tobacco cessation market, where Chill is aimed. It is a $30-40B global market and growing nicely year on year.
39.5m don’t sell it short. Leave that to the filtered ones!
Toblerone,
I have the trolls filtered but can see this “debate” from your post.
FWIW my simple fact and take on this is:
Smoker Friendly carried Chill in a handful of stores some time ago, and sales were high enough to convince them to stock it across their entire network.
That isn’t going to happen with 1 item a day let alone - an item a week!
I’d imagine the sales start of with “The Silent Salesman” cabinet on the shelf, and pick up over time as more people try them and word of mouth spreads etc.
Put simply. There is no way the chain would take it on across the entire network if sales were not strong. There is no reason they would continue the rollout if sales were poor either.
People just need to be sensible and put two and two together, they are rolling it and stocking it in all their stores.
And lots of those stores have great big “Chill sold here” stickers slapped on the front of them as you have found, the largest of which seems to cover some 20% of the glass on the entrance door on the front of the store!
Craigy......Smoker Friendly helped launch ZYN....
You can see them all over the place now, including UK supermarkets.....
The likelihood BB2 actually called anyone is about the same probability that TW “sent an agent” physically into an Ox store back in December in the middle of a pandemic....
With regards to additional promotions wait until the new international, multi-language, state of the art, e-commerce websites are launched, which won’t be far away now....
And when Chill is in a high proportion if not all SF stores expect them to be promoting it like they did Zyn......
Tick Tock.....
£6250 well done you!
It seems that positions on IG have gone from as much as 37% short to 12% short
Panic panic panic
Chuckle
VAS... it was a buy as I know who bought them and a quote to buy a handful going into close was 58p....
A lot of effort last night for no gain it seems (expect for the SP) today
By wobbling you mean 35,000 bought at 57.25 and then 58 to buy going into close?
More rubbish spouted by VAS....
Talking of gaps, how about the massive one left for 39.5m menthol smokers in the USA that needs filling....
The reason for the one in Spirograph land is the that was when the AATAC deal was announced.....
Two gaps need filling.
1) one left by tobacco smokes and chews filled by Chill’s tobaccos cessation products.
2) the gap between shares sold and shares borrowed...
Tick Tock shorters time is running out for you and that’s why you are all so rattled....
