Yesterday it was downgraded to underperform by RBC with a new target of £10 On the other hand yesterday it was reiterated as a hold by Society General with a target price of £10.40. Always bobs up and down(forgive the pun). £10.30 the recent high. Who doesn't need water? Hope you get the re-entry price you want, GL

Hope youmade the right decision. for 15yrs have been in this. Solid dividend which with the curent turmoil looks even better. J/V with Severn Trent will be a forward move. Always a tempting target for overses investment. Obviously the big institutions are buying in as a base investment. Guessing we will be £12 by end of year. GLA

Good report. First glance seems the "incident" resulting in compensation cost £24million which was a one off. Adding this to the earnings after tax indicates an increase year on year if I read it correctly. Good Scottish progress and set for a good full year IMHO GLA

As we have seen NBL run a very tight P/R set up. Perhaps it would be useful to compare this E-mail with previous ones/RNSs they have put out following previous drills in other parts of the world which proved successful? The penny has finally dropped it seems and the pathetic returns offered elsewhere have turned long term dividend hunters towards this solid share. All this without any intrest from a buyer..yet..GLA

Here comes £10 again and the dividend promise makes it attractive to Equity ISA investment. Also of course people may want us. GLA

Agree. At this closing price I calculate a 4.07% dividend return on stated policy (without RPI addition). Known customer base and potential in Scotland and new building (domestic) give the share it's long term strength without any of the rumoured interest from elsewhere. Pensioner bonds return 3'2% after tax and of course the investment industry will want some to underpin their portfolios. All looks good to me. GLA
