Only one tanker SEEN on Friday. Eyes cannot be there all the time and we know from N99 (the tanker driver) that he sometimes overnights or goes in early. There would have been some delay as the new pump was fitted and adjusted in the latter part of last week. I think there is £5000 per tanker at the moment allowing for extraction costs and difference in oil price/exchange rates and overheads at site. I would think at least 6months for the injunction breach plus civil claim for damage and cost of any work delay (fine, sequestration of property or attachment to earnings for a long while.
