Don't they have to state the previous position in numbers i.e. 0.00% for nil shares? and the correct figure if they held more? Otherwise what's the point of declaring if no one knows what you're actually declaring.

Hello, I am concerned about the large number of shares awarded to the three directors last week, after what appeared to be very welcome cost cutting, especially during this pandemic when many of us are on zero wages or furloughed, these awards seem excessive and in my opinion rather greedy. Could you clarify the companies position on the awarded options please.

Does anyone good at putting thoughts to paper want to draft an email to the board so we can all copy and send it? That way we may get more emails sent, otherwise I feel lethargy will set in come Monday morning.

Yep £1,208,000 at 0.8p between the 3 of them. Not quite a pay cut is it.
With the exercise of warrants the company get money the monies raised in their pocket, how do options differ?

So they cancelled 80% of 8,000,000 given in Feb but given 65,000,000 back? I understand warrants but not so much options, seems like an awful lot of money given back on the sly.
