RE: Re1,3&5 year predictions.16 Mar 2021 02:07
How is an event that hasn't happened yet misleading? No one knows the future and he has the right to an opinion on share prices as much as anyone else. Flip of the coin with the SP at the moment. No one would have said in December being nearly 50% down was going to happen - Would that have been a misleading statement on share price performance?! Stranger things have happened but the fact is he has every right to maintain that a share price could go down. Day you want to silence someone for saying "IMO" and "I think" (having an opinion) just because they disagree with your position is a dangerous day. You might not like it but it is a public forum. Same way others spout $5k gold as if it were established fact when it has been called many times before and been wrong in the past decade (it takes about a minute to find articles from 2010 - 2011 for example talking of $5k gold then look at the price charts of gold until recently... And yes those articles use all the same reasons being used now). Both sides spout as much nonsense sometimes with their pie in the sky or doom predictions but they all have the right to say it and people have the right to judge for themselves who to believe.
The only fact is in one, two, three, five years the SP will either be lower or higher in SP and no one can guess what it is going to happen at any point along the way - so no they're not a misleading statement any more than talk of gold being a dead cert for higher by the time GGP start mining is. It is an opinion not a fact - just like every single statement and calculation about the future. You can judge who to believe and pay your money and back who you think is right. If you want to control who and what you let on a forum then you're going to have to start your own.
