Shareholders are not receiving regular or meaningful updates. Optimism without delivery or measurable targets has replaced proper market communication, and that is no longer acceptable.

We have had genuinely positive news regarding City Oil, yet nothing has been built on it. There has been no follow-through, no momentum, and no attempt to convert progress into sustained confidence or value creation. That is a disgrace.

City Oil gives this company genuine potential. Current leadership is the obstacle. Paris needs to start delivering—urgently. If we do not see clear upside in the next few weeks, Paris must be removed.

At this valuation, a management change can now be achieved with relatively minimal capital, and I am not alone in this view. Other shareholders are as committed as I am to restoring accountability and protecting value.

If this petulance towards shareholders and continued lack of respect persists, it is something I will actively and decisively push for. This situation cannot continue. Things have to change—now.

I have made this unequivocally clear: 5.75 must be the low of 2026—if it isn’t, I will personally, alongside other shareholders, move to remove him.

My position has not changed. I, along with other shareholders, want regular, meaningful updates via RNS or other appropriate market communications on City Oil. In addition, we expect clear, firm updates on M2G—specifically how sales will increase, what actions are being taken to drive growth, and what the defined sales targets are.

General optimism is no longer sufficient, and your fixation on individual trades rather than fundamentals is emblematic of the problem. Shareholders need transparency, measurable progress, and timelines. Clear communication and delivery are the only way to restore confidence and support a sustained improvement in the share price.

At 5.75, the share price is a clear verdict on your leadership. You must ensure 5.75 is the low of 2026—if it goes any lower, I will move to remove you.

The market has lost confidence, and so have I. Sabien is materially underperforming, to the point where businesses with far less scale are delivering better results. Long-suffering shareholders are watching value erode, and that is unacceptable.

You need to step up immediately, starting this week, with decisive action and a credible plan to restore confidence and elevate the share price. If you fail to do so, I will convene the major shareholders to force change. I already have the support of 35% of holders, and it will not take long to secure the remainder.

This situation rests squarely with you. Fix it—now.

A massive breakthrough that is now underpinned with the 10 year extension, stake and working plant.

We are going to see serious gains now and this time there is absolutely no reason to sell into this. It is happening. No pumping and dumping. Just investors buying up what little there is of the free float.

Ignore the noise and do not get shaken out by the scab MM. They will get blown away now because the buying will be constant over the next few days, weeks, months . City Oil is progressing fast and Sabien are well and truly on the front foot now. Juzst read the RNS over and over again if you are ever in doubt.

Wow - spikes to 19-20 and now we are 7.75. Manipulated by the MM. Paris does not help. He needs to be following this brillant news up. Podcasts, the website, newspapaer articles. City Oil is going to happen - this is big yet Paris does not want to shout about it. I just do not understand it.

It is obvious a position is being built. This is artificially low - the RNS was big. No TR1 so still in sticky hands including Paris, the Welshman, Tom. I am not far off a TR1 and would run these down to 0. There is no way Paris or Tom is selling. The Welshman does not need the money - I think he unloaded small to send a message to the BOD earlier in the year.

Over 20 EOM - hopefully the plums from the last spike will have gone by then. Big things about to happen. GLA

Agreed - the Chairman or the slugs around him should be at least banging on the drum on other media chanels until the next RNS. It is how it works nowadays.

Suspect news of a 2nd site in the UK is on the horizon. All eyes on SK too.

That said - Diversity have 5.3 million shares. If you were to go to market today and try and get that many on board the SP would get into the 30's.

Many LTH are in between high teens mid 20's, even 30's. The major Welsh shareholder started buying when City Oil was just talk at 23p.

I expect this to correct. A couple of pips does not excite me. I am surprised we are not a lot higher with the recent RNS - that was big news. This will bag. City News is big news. Just going to ignore the noise on the way up and let these day traders get topped and tailed.

I am happy to add and have been. Just look at the RNS. Let the hot potato crowd give us value. City Oil, regualated with Saudi investment is bullish for Sabien in the UK and US. I expect news of the UK site progressing like the US site. £2m commission per site. This is only just the beginning. When the Korea site starts turning plastic into oil this goes one way.

The MM have rinsed that seller. They dropped the b/o late Friday for a lower close and have manipulated the market this morning. There will be some paper come in this week and they will run to the hills. They put a lid on it late last week and have a few to buy back. It cannot be done in any size. Shareholder of over 3 years. Not a ramper. The RNS last week was massive. £2m commission per site. US is ready. They are still in taks re UK - I believe this will be announced before Christmas. That is £4m commission alone. Once the first site is up, now looking at the liklehood of it being a success these could roll out quickly. MC should be £5m at least with huge potential to the upside.
