This isn’t a private club - Paris may think it is. You can’t just collapse a regulated company, transfer assets around and expect nobody to ask questions. Directors have duties, regulators exist for a reason, and if shareholders are treated unfairly there can be very serious consequences - and trust me there will be. Paris is just one bad move away.

Funny how Diversity bailed out, the share price collapsed, and now Haydale appears on the scene. Shareholders have watched value destroyed while being fed promises and delays. The COF deal was announced months ago at an implied 11.87p a share!!!!

You've sinced taken a U-turn and lined us up. Talking this down thinking you can trouser City Oil and give M2G away for cheap. The regulators have taken your ammo. If City Oil or M2G are transferred, diluted or disposed of without shareholders getting a fair outcome from assets they've funded and supported for years, they know - and you know that you are in deep deep trouble.

What independent valuation has been obtained for City Oil and any associated opportunities, and why has that valuation not been disclosed to shareholders?

What safeguards are in place to ensure that value created using shareholder funds remains within Sabien for the benefit of all shareholders?

Can the Board confirm that no side agreements, understandings, options, licences, royalty arrangements or future participation rights exist which have not been disclosed to shareholders?

If City Oil succeeds commercially, what contractual mechanism guarantees that Sabien shareholders will participate in that success?

Can the Board categorically state that no current or former director, nor any connected person, family member or associated entity, will receive any direct or indirect benefit from City Oil?

Not acting in shareholders' best interests, while appearing more interested in lining your own pockets, will be your downfall, Paris. The consequences for wrongdoing in regulated companies are serious. You are being watched like a hawk.

The handling of this company has been an absolute disaster. Shareholders have watched value destroyed, confidence evaporate and the share price collapse. M2G appears massively undervalued and City Oil remains the asset many investors backed in the first place. The market's verdict on you could not be clearer. There is value in M2G and you have allowed the share price to drop (some would say orchestrated it) thinking you can give it away and carve up City Oil. Patience has run out and you are in very serious trouble. The NOMAD wil not put their reputation on the line for you. AIM are onto you - and any move perceived as disadvantaging shareholders will be challenged from every possible angle. The board should be under no illusion about the strength of feeling that exists.

Why has City Oil been presented as a major strategic opportunity to being described as a non-core activity, and what value, will Sabien shareholders ultimately receive from the years of work, agreements and expenditure connected to COF?????

Once again - Paris believes he can slot City Oil into his family companies, and by giving away M2G on the cheap, Haydale turn a blind eye.

Shareholders get shafted. Think again - shareholders will not get shafted (NOMAD be careful, AIM are watching) and Paris is one move away from going to jail. I have no doubt Haydale can add value to M2G and, in that respect, I am encouraged. However I remain uncomfortable with the sequence of events and the shareprices move south. I wonder how this has happened?

He believes he can transfer that into his family companies and sell off M2G for a song. He robs us. The new buyer robs us.
