Highly likely an FCA endorsed deal will be presented to the courts.
It is then down to one person and it all depends what side of the bed he or she gets out of. For me it has always been 50/50 so second time lucky IMO. This is a punt, always has been a punt and remains a punt but there is no denying there is still plenty of reward with this risk.

The board is directly responsible for protecting and managing shareholders' interests in the company. My opinion on this lot, regardless of the sector are that they are a decent bunch that have been playing it by the book so far and will do everything to get this over the line without diluting shareholders. Only time will tell but if you have the confidence, like me that SO2 will happen these are very very cheap down here.
You should of called them. I did. Whilst they gave very little away with results due soon they explained covid had set them back a little but they were focused on winning new business and bullish for the sector as a whole. It gives me confidence when a director buys in - generally it goes the right way, just got to be patient, I’m pretty sure new will come. It only takes a couple of nee US contracts to wake this up. The market capital is way to low, be patient - there is no reason why the next contract isn’t more than their existing market cap. They don’t do things in halves over there. 23p is approx .076 before we went 300/1 - it’s drifted way too low and I believe some buyers will come to the party soon.
I agree Mark. I believe that anther scheme of arrangement will be brokered and have entered long positions over the last 2 trading days with confidence. I would be a little twitchy higher up but for me, despite the risk there is massive reward to the upside at these distressed levels.
FCA posturing. More twists and turns to this IMO. There may be an RNS this morning, there may not.
I originally got in at 6p and sold at 12.5p (hated myself for taking profit too early). I have not got involved since the rally and yesterday's bloodbath.
If there is no news this morning and the sell off continues (I think it may be almost done for now) I am ready to load up around 7p/8p if it gets there. I am unsure if I will get the opportunity but if I do - very happy to buy in again.
This has been a very exciting share to trade and watch that is not for the faint hearted!

If the FCA wants to provide a real service, it should clamp down harder on unscrupulous claims management companies, which charge large fees for a job customers could do themselves at no cost.
There is no situation so bad they cannot make it worse. They truly are the carrion crows of the financial services industry.

I think a lot have Paul. It's pretty much over but from experience these dead cats do bounce and when you get on the right side and manage it correctly it can be rewarding.
I would not be surprised with an RNS first thing tomorrow.
The Market Makers have manipulated this share price since we went 1:300. It looks like the recommended banning of Gas Boilers (fact) and 'talk' of a big contract win being announced (dyor) brought buyers to the party today. The Market Makers, if that's what you call them would not give an offer all day. Pathetic and cowardly.
It is common knowledge that billions is to be spent on 'green' energy post Trump and the fact that they recently set up in the States can only be a positive.
28p/300 is .09. A nothing move today for those that got in a couple of months ago . For me the jury is still out but on good news with nothing on the offer and market makers who will not even offer a few grand of stock when we go up this could fly. You could loose £50 grand of stock at most levels today, you could not get a fig without negotiating the price. From experience a sign of a move up.
It's good to see that there is no short supply of posts de-ramping Kier Steve is there?
How would you explain the share price doubling in value since you started. I hope that you are not trading this - you would have no money to buy any glass from Turkey anyway, let alone the sand that makes it!
