I agree Pepco, the game of monopoly is definitely afoot here. What his strategy will be is going to be very interesting. Many things to consider a) Is he going for a slow burn ie. going to do as much as he can minimal involvement from other co's or b) Is he going to build up as much as he can and sell out (not in a bad way). It will depend on whether he wants to do this all over again or if he looks at Vast as his ultimate long game. If he sells a large portion and wants to do the groundwork all over again, will he ever find a situation like this projects with such massive potential, countries on the cusp of sorting themselves out etc. (major first move advantage)?
If he is in Vast for the long term and wants to keep building the co. up then depending on what other assets he has lined up will he decide if it would be more advantageous to sell off a large portion of one of our "crown jewels", raise a substantial amount of capital and use that to acquire a number of other projects he has his eye on and develop with minimal dilution / JV's etc.
At this stage of the game it seems he has numerous options available to him, all good for us. IMHO, GLA
