imho anything around .162 is a buy, which would mean lots of buying today, buys should turn blue soon if it keeps up.

If UB (Uncle Budd), is as knowledgeable as he is made out to be he could conceivably bring a whole lot of money into VAST through his colleagues, connections and friends. A spin off of this could be a very bright future in Romania.
