The RNS of 22nd December told us when to expect spud so by all accounts I’m also expecting an RNS as soon as markets open in Aussie land as well as London. Fingers crossed

Well, on the plus side at least the support level of 3.95p seems to have held. In fact according to HL it’s a bit diffucult to tell if it actually up or down fir the day - seems to change each second.

But I must admit, I am a bit disappointed. According to the last statement we should literally be at spud by the time the stock exchange opens post Xmas.

Surely we could’ve expected more upside but then again I’ve personally not really understood this spud lark too much. But results, ah yes, that should. E massive for us all

I’m gonna go searching shops and radio stations to hear Noddy holder one more time. Dya know, I’m old enough to remember that when it first beat wizard to number 1

Yes agreed, in fact I e always agreed that tge delays were outside of Adv’s control, perhaps even inevitable.
My problem was more with how the delays information was handled and managed ( or not).

As shareholders we can reasonably expect better information instead of being forever kept in tge dark. I’d say we got better updates from the likes of Jadestone, Cvn and even ordinary punters with £1 satellite images

DPVC, not to guess but it’s always useful neigh essential to have personal targets. Mine :-

- Spud 5.2p +
- Initial/Unofficial top slice results :- 8p +
- Complete results after appraisal drill :- 10 - 13p (approx February)
- Capex and wider implementation of 200 page ore written Sction Plan - hover anything between 8 to 15p
- Summer 22 to pump of oil early 23 :- 12 to 20p ( obviously subject to world oil price

OTHER jv’s it new projects, reading the promising in between lines of identical projects, I’d expect at least 10 - 15 p addition to sp on top by 2024/25

Personally, my next investment will be pre Buffalo results ( cis) - none of this top slice malarkey

Spike mate, you’re a breath of fresh air, I love it, even when you insult me cis it’s in the nicest possible way. I’m happy to discuss any of my posts but you don’t reference any so I can’t. I will however myself admit I’m a complete novice when it comes to expertise about the oil and gas industry specifics

Where I do have some experience is regards the markets and frankly I’m still not sure what you’re muttering on about ( I say in the nicest way)

What me and I’m sure many on here are most interested is the potential share value going forward based on various issue base such as spud; results and acquisitions; and also in timescales bearing in mind the substantial variables such as the global price of oil.

If you’ve actually read my posts then you will see I e given my personal targets / eco Tati os going right up to 2024 - what’s yours ( sp wise) ?

Hazdogg the next catalyst will be the spud itself and then followed by the results - they’re both tick boxes that need ormally ticking as far as big investors are concerned

Spike you will become even more unpopular than me if you post anything other than just positive posts on here. Chill mate, so is down today as it’s a really quiet ore xmas day - hardly any volume and sp affected by few sellers - mm’s will still be lapping them up

There’s a chap on Advfn, very learned and informed guy, I trust him anyway.
He says the trend now is not too build up too much do value leading up to spud. That the real wise guys use that to buy in leading up to eventual windfalls

Personally I e never understood this spud tho g much, but I guess now I can see it’s relevance especially after the runariund we were given here last couple of months

My personal belief is that the results will be a massive event, high cos or not. I’m desperate to release free capital to buy more before then

Yes there can be subtle but significant difference in wording eg amount of barrels being at lower levels between the two in their release a month or two ago- well done to you sir fir heeling your eyes peeled out.

Regarding the lack of sp action, yes I’m also disappointed. But as someone said, the institutions simply aren’t sniffing yet. But it is a funny time after all and festive

Regards the Tennyson update; I just don’t see the point at this stage really. Surely it would’ve been wiser to revise once at least initial results are known from the appraisal well

BUT even in the worst worst scenarios the sp is guided at 8p which is a nice double from here.
If global crude and Covid and Putin behaves, should all be good. Hoping I get my windfall in hand to invest another few grand

Yes sure the sp hasn’t gone up another 10% today but I’m still very happy. A bit of profit taking and we also gradually consolidate again above 4p after being in the doldrums for a while. SP never moves up in a straight line I guess

If I was a recommender, I’d say a string but at this jevel, certainly below 4.65p and ud day below the ath too; certainly the mm’s will be lapping up any sellers, of whom there are not many on today’s low volume

It all birds well now once spud progresses more and institutions start hearing about the new revisions and write ups; perhaps they will be more alert post Xmas celebrations

Yes we probably should get Adv announcement tomorrow for a number of reasons. But fir me, even befire today’s cvn announcement, it had been settled by the very kind Jse announcement prior

Piltick, I think jadestone have done and they are done as far as the rig is concerned. I don’t really think anyone should exoect any more off them after last thursdays informed announcement
