The lack of news is worrying, presumably the board keep an eye on the SP and have never been slow at coming forward with some speculation or other, to ensure it has always bounced back, in the past.
We really do need something to go on, but my concern is that there is very little to report, and we still have not had any trading update. The fact Fran left is still a bit odd to me, either he saw no real prospects here, or it was necessary to trim the wage bill (he and Draper were on a fair old wack), or he was the fall guy for the Azerion deal. There has to be some good reason why he left a well paid job with an exciting company.
I'm a long term holder, and would love to see this come to fruition, but I am really concerned, something is not right. The silence is deafening, the SP is half of what it was a year ago, and this is meant to be a fast moving on-trend sector. What ever the future holds, up until now Bidstack has been a disaster for every investor, whether it be the PI or an investment fund that bought in at a raise. I can't help thinking if this was going to work, it might have done so by now...
Can anyone reassure me otherwise...?

Can anyone confirm what the revised target was? Am I right in thinking the original target was 9m?

Hittarget, please advise when in 2022 Draper cut the annual forecast. It would be much appreciated because I think I missed it?

You’re a chancer helx, it may have gone your way up until now, but that is more by luck than judgement.
There has never been any substance to anything you have ever said, you just wasn’t the SP to go down, and for completely unforeseen reasons, that is the way it has played out.
No doubt when it starts to rise you will go quiet again, as always. Your posts strike me as boring and ignorant, in equal measures.

Amsterdam, 05 January 2023 - In response to recent communications from Bidstack regarding the commercial
partnership between Bidstack and Azerion, Azerion confirms that on 30 December 2022 it terminated its Strategic
Partnership Agreement with Bidstack. Azerion terminated the agreement and rejects Bidstack’s claims on the basis
that Bidstack has acted in material breach of the Strategic Partnership Agreement, has failed to meet certain
pre-conditions under the commercial partnership for alleged sums to become due and that additionally there are
certain amounts due to Azerion that should be offset, which as a result means that the sums being claimed by
Bidstack are unjustified.
Despite Azerion’s attempts to solve the matter amicably, the dispute has moved to litigation. At this moment no
material impacts from provisions or settlements related to the dispute are expected in Azerion’s financial results.

I don't question Drapers intentions were good, regrettably his naivety got the better of him. He will learn from it, as we all will. Naviety, greed, blind belief, we are all just as guilty as Draper on that score, only difference is, we wasted our own money, he wasted other peoples! I really haven't got the stomach for another 5 years of this, I think we will all breath a huge sigh of relief when it is finally over, what ever the outcome. If the business can be sold for anything, I hope he just gets on with it. Anything!

If Draper is to believed Fran left prior to Azerion’s termination of the agreement, which didn’t occur until after close of business on 30 December. This would suggest Frank’s departure had nothing to do with the Azerion calamity. Not sure which is for the best, at least if he was responsible for the Azerion situation then it gives good reason for his departure, but would mean Draper is lying about the dates. Or if he left for other reasons, then why, unless he sees no immediate future in this company?

I think that’s my concern Pokerchips, if you take that release on face value, and believe it formed part of the contract, then what on earth are Bids up to, entering into other arrangements with other parties?
This smacks of naivety, and you can understand Azerion losing patience with Bids.

With the deal cancelled by Azerion, how much of the guaranteed 20m over 2 years did we actually receive, and what impact will this have on targets moving forwards. At the time the Azerion deal was the saviour of this company, now it could be the down fall. We desperately need more information, overheads have been ramped and income is in jeopardy. Draper is the Captain I guess he’ll stay on to the end…

It was mentioned. But, yes hence no TU, Bids haven’t been paid, quite simply Azerion have decided they can do it themselves, clearly quite a low barrier to entry.
Bids was always high risk, this RNS is worrying…

It is no coincidence that the past 3 years a TU has been issued mid December, warning of a failure to meet target. It seems to me the lack of a TU is a very positive thing, we presumably are at the very least on target. No warning deemed necessary!

You only have to look at the site, cheap quality, unethically produced, throw away clothing for the 18-22 years olds, this model always had a short shelf life. Thank god these days are behind us!

The mere fact that someone is prepared to exercise their option to buy 1.5m shares today, when the TU is expected next week has got to be a real positive.
Why not wait until the TU, unless you are supremely confident as to the content, for me that is the only explanation for taking up those options now.

..over night, you're certainly right about that, the market cap was higher 4 years ago than it is today, and the SP 10x what it is today, nothing over night about that.
