Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
It's Pubguard I feel sorry for, remember them. They exchanged a decent start up business for a tranche of shares in Bidstack when the SP was about 30p. I bet they are over the moon with how this has turned out. If you look hard enough there is always someone worse off than you...crying shame really. On good news we can expect a 25% rise, take us to 2.25, let the partying begin!
I think in the past the TU has been required as forecasts were going to be missed by a margin. No TU can probably be viewed as a good thing.
SP seems to have settled, I hope we will see some growth from here. It's Friday, let's be positive...
I am trying to look at this the right way, and might need some help.
Q. So I borrow 30m and in four years create a business with a market cap of 24m, is that the sign of success?
Multiple Choice:
A. Very Successful
B. Quite successful
C. A modicom of success
D. A complete disaster
Is this heading for a 52 week low?
…I’m sure you can buy as much as you want now, and it cheaper, win-win!
SimWin Sports don't seem to be quite as enthused about this agreement, there is nothing on their website about it, not a mention on the news page, and no Bidstack logo where they advertise their partners.
Once again this would appear to be something of nothing, and the SP would support that notion.
Just the sort of distraction we don’t need. I wish they would concentrate on getting this business model working before going off on these tangents, nothing more than a side show that will no doubt take forever to produce any revenue. And Bidstack Sports? Bidstack doesn’t mean anything to anyone, another Draper delusion.
Thank you for your insight Publican.
No one is crying, to my knowledge. However I appreciate your advise, and I will bear in mind that looking at the SP of a stock is the wrong way of looking at it. LOL. Particularly, when the CEO suggested a more realistic value of the business was 20x the SP when it was trading at 30p. Best we just forget all that, and the winter wonderland that never materialised, the Azerion 30m deal that fell through, the revised targets year on year. I really have been looking at this wrong way round haven't I.
Of course it's high risk, of course it could go pop, at least we agree about that. But do me a favour and don't come on here pretending this has taken it's natural course, it certainly isn't the course the CEO had set out, or had any of us believe! If anyone had predicted the SP would be here 4 years down the line, the raises would never have happened!
I assume you are a relative newcomer here Publican. I think most reslise I am invested, and when there is positive news I am behind it. However, 4 years down the line, 3 dilutions, 30 million spent and the SP is lower than ever very much speaks for itself.
If sentiment changes and this shows any sign of recovery then I will be behind it again, but you simply can not applaud performance to date. I say it as I see it, and it is dismal. Sorry, but I don't think anyone can argue with that.
errhum, your comments may all be true, but what's the point? Why bother doing all that, I'm really not interested in any of it, the only thing that matters is the SP. If they were saving the world, or solving the food crisis then maybe some credit might be due, but they're not they are putting adverts in video games, or trying to, and spending a lot of other peoples money in process. I couldn't care less if thay are at the top table with EA or sony or whoever...completely irelevant to me.
Nobody can say Draper has been succesful todate. Remember his promise to give shareholders a winter break to enjoy, or his munching on toast contemplating his successes, well that was all years ago and look at the SP now, lower than ever. He has not been a success, he has never delivered results, he over paid himself and his mate, who clearly wasn't up to the job and has had to leave. Draper's problem is he thinks he's a high flyer and he's not, he wants to swan around in a nice car on a good wedge, as the succesful CEO he simply isn't. The guy is dilusional, he suffers from the complete opposite of imposter syndrone, whereas an imposter is exactly what he appears to be at the moment.
Oh! I thought helx’s absence meant the war was over, but he’s back, the fight goes on!
What does thic actually mean or imply?
Just had an email from Cenko...No longer Covering BIDS 'Forecasts can no longer be relied upon'.
Can anyone explain why Francesco Petruzzelli is still appearing on their website as Managing Director, he resigned before Christmas...has this Company completely given up, or was he also in charge of updating the website?
The lack of news is worrying, presumably the board keep an eye on the SP and have never been slow at coming forward with some speculation or other, to ensure it has always bounced back, in the past.
We really do need something to go on, but my concern is that there is very little to report, and we still have not had any trading update. The fact Fran left is still a bit odd to me, either he saw no real prospects here, or it was necessary to trim the wage bill (he and Draper were on a fair old wack), or he was the fall guy for the Azerion deal. There has to be some good reason why he left a well paid job with an exciting company.
I'm a long term holder, and would love to see this come to fruition, but I am really concerned, something is not right. The silence is deafening, the SP is half of what it was a year ago, and this is meant to be a fast moving on-trend sector. What ever the future holds, up until now Bidstack has been a disaster for every investor, whether it be the PI or an investment fund that bought in at a raise. I can't help thinking if this was going to work, it might have done so by now...
Can anyone reassure me otherwise...?
Can anyone confirm what the revised target was? Am I right in thinking the original target was 9m?
Hittarget, please advise when in 2022 Draper cut the annual forecast. It would be much appreciated because I think I missed it?
You’re a chancer helx, it may have gone your way up until now, but that is more by luck than judgement.
There has never been any substance to anything you have ever said, you just wasn’t the SP to go down, and for completely unforeseen reasons, that is the way it has played out.
No doubt when it starts to rise you will go quiet again, as always. Your posts strike me as boring and ignorant, in equal measures.
After 3 years of helx nonsense I really wouldnt bother R1111
Amsterdam, 05 January 2023 - In response to recent communications from Bidstack regarding the commercial
partnership between Bidstack and Azerion, Azerion confirms that on 30 December 2022 it terminated its Strategic
Partnership Agreement with Bidstack. Azerion terminated the agreement and rejects Bidstack’s claims on the basis
that Bidstack has acted in material breach of the Strategic Partnership Agreement, has failed to meet certain
pre-conditions under the commercial partnership for alleged sums to become due and that additionally there are
certain amounts due to Azerion that should be offset, which as a result means that the sums being claimed by
Bidstack are unjustified.
Despite Azerion’s attempts to solve the matter amicably, the dispute has moved to litigation. At this moment no
material impacts from provisions or settlements related to the dispute are expected in Azerion’s financial results.
