Why the derampers banging on about a 'fundraise'.
Clearly a lack of understanding. Firstly we really don't know that there is going to be one, and even if there is, is that such a bad thing? A slight dilution in the share price is always countered by cash in the bank, one balances the other out, quite literally to the penny, and the SP often remains pretty much unchanged. Post any such placing we have always seen the sharp rise in the SP, as the business has cash providing a guranteed period of trading and money to invest.
So how easy would it be for BIDS to raise cash, well, the SP today is 2.8p, less than a year ago there was a placing at 2p. So last year's investors have seen a rise in their investments of 40%, in less than a year. So I would imagine they would be pretty happy about that, and very keen to get involved again, if they were lucky enough to be asked!
I really couldn't give two hoots about a so called 'fundraise' , this share will come good, it is still at the start of a long and prosperous journey in my opinion. And I agree it is certainly is undervalued. 10-12p imho is nearer the mark.
