From what you are saying, nothing much doing, as I had suspected. Development of new games hampered by the pandemic, and hence a lack of sales opportunities, with an extended sales cycle.

Your answer to the 10mil question was spot on (9/10). It really was never really anything, a case of the empereors new clothes. Yet put out in an RNS! Bit strange, why would you RNS something of nothing? Looking at the timing, is it possibly done to placate shareholders, a bit of ramping to keep everyone happy perhaps? Not good and not clever, shareholders dont forget.

Anyway, having established that nothing much is going on, no new games and not many advertisers it brings me nicely on to my next question...What on earth and 69 people doing all day? Answers on a post card please.

I appreciate the feedback, but no response to the questions...simply, what happened to the ten million, and what are the triple A games referred to at least 3 or 4 times...any ideas?

No I not ashamed of my self Bottmzup, I am not trying to get others to sell, I have not sold a share my self, and I really don’t care what others do.
I do blow hot and cold on these I agree, and at the moment I am blowing very cold. If we get anything to cause us to be optimistic then I will review my position again, no doubt.

In early summer 2019 during a Podcast with Justin Waite, James Draper stated that he thought the SP should be 20 x the 36p it was at the time, taking his valuation to £7.20 a share. Why did he feel the need to say this and what was his real motivation for making this statement public at the time?

What are 69 people actually doing? I think the question has to be asked. There cannot be enough work to go round with just a hand full of old games and half a dozen advertisers...what on earth is going on?

A day earlier 18th December 2019, Bidstack stated, again in an RNS 'Bidstack has also been working closely with some of the world's largest names in computer game development and publishing. Access to a number of well-known games is expected in Q1 and Q2 2020'
Then on 11th February last year, in another RNS Bidstack stated, 'The Company continues to work with some of the largest game publishers in the world to make more inventory available to advertisers and some of these games are currently at integration or beta testing phase'
Does anyone know which games this refers to, when they were announced, have I missed something or over a year later are they still at beta testing?

Simple Question 1.
On the 19th December 2019 Bidstack announced that it had enetred into a 2 year deal, with upto £10M advertising spend with an unknown global marketing services group. Who was that advertsing group, were we ever told, and what actually happenned to the £10m spend? Anyone know...it was in a RNS (so muct ne true!)

Since November is nothing...you need to go way way back, at least 18 months...and yes only bids, the other 69 investments require no comment. It’s hilarious really, that anyone pays any credence to anything he says.

For a start Bidstack only have 2 reviews on Glassdoor and one of those is 5 star, you are a plonker! Is that the best you can come up with?

69 staff and 9 advertisers listed in the RNS, what do they actually do all day...play computer games perhaps!

IMO there were 4 BIG concerns in the update;
1. They only have 9 companies taking up advertising
2. Lengthening sales cycle...clearly added as a warning things won’t happen soon
3. Further innovations to be announced when audited accounts published, ‘which are underway’, meaning they are desperate to put something together which isn’t together yet!
4. Substantial non trading cash payment, what does this mean? What can this mean? Money to keep the business going presumably? What does substantial mean?

I totally agree with all that monkfish. I have been in for too long and sold other share to get in, including Amazon & Boohoo. I accept my decisions, after all, it is only money, and I blame myself.
However, what you say about snippets of information is true. I think the ceo is incredibly naive and regrettably, I just cannot see how this can be turned around from here. The overheads are way, way too high, completely ridiculous. I am reluctant to sell and realise the loss, I think our best bet is that someone comes in and buys them out, for a few pence more a share. In reality this is unlikely to happen, I can imagine suiters watching and waiting for the car crash, so they can pick it up for nothing.

Last one out turn the lights off...I have held for 18 months, but let’s be honest the writing is on the wall, might be better to get something for your shares when you can.
What is frightening is not the running costs, but the losses. To break even revenue has to meet both the current running cost PLUS the current losses. It is nowhere near doing that and Bidstack don’t seem inclined to cull the staff levels, instead there increasing cost. This needs to do 1m a month, not a year. Never going to happen in my opinion. Great idea, well executed tech, poorly run outfit. The biggest problem is JDs passion for it, clouds all judgement. Shame.

Agreed, and what on earth are 69 people doing? That’s about 10 members of staff per advertiser. Could somebody not have taken JD aside and said, look James this isn’t going to work, you can’t just keep employing with out the revenue coming in, business simply doesn’t work like that. It might be appealing to have an empire with 100 employees, but this is not going to work. Surely somebody must have spotted this fact, or maybe they have...and they are called Derek Wise? And JD pushes ahead and he is still employing, bonkers...!!!

I have a view over the next few days...if history is anything to go by JD will release another RNS to try and shore up the SP. This follow up RNS will be typically vague, confirming a new AAA game or a new 10M (upto) spend. He won’t be able to tell us too much about it, NDA and all that, but it’s a great deal and just around the corner, honest gov. Share price will rally a bit on this news...reality will then sink in and SP will drop back down, just at the point JD realised he needs to raise some funds.
Sound familiar? That’s my prediction for the next few days. Shocking waste of time, and money!!
