Does anyone have any idea when we are likely to know whether our share application has been successful and how many shares we have been allocated?

Not all of them, but very difficult to suggest this was correctly priced at 410, when it is at least 20% down and dropping. Many IPOs are over ambitious, that is a fact...but I agree not all.
£3 or under would be a good entry point, so Im probably closer to the mark (currently within 10%) than anyone suggesting 410 was the right price (over 20% out).

The IPO was at 410! You completely disagree but have been buying all the way from 335 to 325 and probably will continue to do so until 295.
How can anyone suggest those that bought at 410 got a good deal when it is now 325!
Under 3 quid and it will be a good buy.

Companies are inavariably overpriced during these IPOs, makes a small fortune for the owners. This company would appear profitable, but not without some risk, if it dips below £3 I'll jump in, at the moment the price is just not stable enough.

helx, for the record; on the 07 Dec 2020 you predicted revenues for the year would not break the £1m mark, you were very wrong on that; on the 01 Feb 2021 you predicted a placing within the month of April, wrong again. I'm actually struggling to find anything you have got right. Let's be honest whatever Bids comes up with you will find something negative and when things don't go well you pile on the pressure, like you have your boot on it's neck , desperate to finish it off. very odd behaviour for a shareholder, in fact I've never seem anything like it from someone invested, almost unbelievable...

As a current holder I have applied for shares under the broker option, but what are the realistic chances of getting them?
It seems to me the higher the SP rises the more demand there will be at 22p and the greater demand. In the meantime are we not missing an opportunity to buy in this dip by waiting until the end of next week to see if we were successful?
I can’t help thinking this may lead to a delay in investment that could end up being costly...does anyone have the same dilemma?

There does suddenly seem to be a positive vibe.
I get the impression there is a lot going on behind the scenes and when news does break it might just keep coming.
I’m holding at present, but it is interesting how the derampers actually have very little substance to their argument. Helx deramps without actually saying anything meaningful. You could argue he was right about the SP but he is wrong about almost everything else. According to him they were going to run out of money months ago, that seemingly hadn’t happened. This would suggest he and his merry band have little idea of what the status of the company really is. They don’t like JD, thats obvious, but it seems to be their only real gripe. Let’s see where this goes...

How I read it is Mirriad’s revenue (2m) and losses (9m) are not widely different to Bids, yet they have a market cap of 136m as opposed to Bids 15m. Anyway you look at it Bids looks wildly undervalued.

Clearly the fun part didn't turn out to be as much fun as he thought.
I actually think a take over might be our best bet now, could this be the reason for the radio silence?

Thanks for that Bob, I wasn’t imagining it, the ceo was ramping the hell out of this share. I can forgive myself for committing to this costly investment.

They didn't place for the same reason we didn't all sell! Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Only need to go up just over 200% to be back up to 12p...

In order for this to be a future success I think three things need to happen;
1. Fund raise and soon - helx begging bowl will need to come out soon, no doubt.
2. JD step down - regrettably (more for him than anyone else) the CEO needs to step aside. Everything has been mismanaged to such an extent that in order to win back any credibity and regain the trust of the private investor he has to go.
3. Advertisers need to start placing ads. - Forget triple A games, the lack of games only becomes a cap to potential when the current games inventory is full. There are plenty of games not carrying ads, instead they have at times been taken up with government covid messages. New advertsers need to be taking up this space, they should be fighting over it...and they are not. This as big a concern as points 1 and 2.
Until these three issues are resolved we are going nowhere, get them sorted and the potential is still limitless (who said that first, i think it was JD).

I think that is a response from a couple of years ago, shory after JD cashed in soem shares. the infamous 'winter break'..its legendary with LTHs.
