This new website notice is really worrying.

Why would a company pull a perfectly acceptable website and leave a notice up saying new website coming! This makes no sense, surely you would keep the old website running until you were ready with the new one. Very odd...

Full marks for the regular RNS's, they are certainly trying, even if it is the same old stuff!

Not sure if you all picked up on this but Bids have just updated their logo. In my opinion there is one of two explanations for this:

1. They are completely mad and decided to spend some of the money they don’t have getting this redesigned.

2. There ‘design team’ are trying to find things to do to keep themselves looking busy.

Can’t think of any other reason for wasting their time doing this, at this pivotal moment in time!

Let’s not forget his claim, recorded in an interview that the share price ought to be 20x the 32p it was at the time. The guy is just an idiot, what a ridiculously naive thing to come out with. He’s so stupid he’s actually dangerous.

Jarv - A 10m raise at at 0.2p would create 5 billion new shares...be sensible!

I really cannot see Bidstack signing up any new clients after this news. They have more or less declared that they may not be around in a couple of months time. It would be a waste of time and effort getting involved with them, developing 'in game' adverts that may well never run.

Regrettably, when a company loses credibility it all goes downhill very quickly...ask Gerald Ratner...

Not sure what the IP is worth, too many other companies already at the trough.

I’m sure if it was worth something they could make a mess of selling it, and they already owe on the initial drawdown, will need to clear the debt!

So they’ve had the lifeline from Azerion, spent most of that, no mention of any income…sounds like this is an early warning of what’s around the corner!

My understanding is that the seller must have held the shares for at least 5 years, this does beg the question how does a buy back actually work, who are the shares being bought back from, presumably we wouldn't see them as transactions in the normal course of trading? Any clarification appreciated.

The difference is Agri, I’m not trying to convince anyone into subscribing for my insights! But, if I was I’d make sure I knew the name of the Company I was tipping, or some might think I was a bit full of hot air!

I would hope anyone considering ANIC (or any other share) would do their own research. I am recommending nothing, other than perhaps ‘Regenesis’ (think I spelt that correctly), which is definitely worth a read.

I personally think it’s important to get the name right…it wasn’t a typo, as it occurred more than once.

If you are speaking with authority on any matter at least get that much right…surely! You must see the irony, he was picking up on an error he thought they had made in their year end! It’s funny, if nothing else.

It does also set the tone for the article, the moment I saw that I thought, he doesn’t know anything about this investment, some of us have been following this for years!

Shame really as it does bring in to question how thorough your research really is.

Nevertheless, I do believe Agronomics offers a very credible investment opportunity and look forward to seeing how this unfolds as the portfolio companies take their products to market. Exciting times ahead.

Its does seem odd that positive news is met with such little response.

I have expected the SP to jump today, but I'm not worried, eventually the market will have to take notice.

Drapers 39 million shares are now worth less than 100k. He couldn’t have made more of a mess of this if he had tried!

Bladesharp - I would have thought someone with your handle might have got this. The fact is we knew about the virtual stadium licenses, we did not know that 30% was going to be hived off into another company set up by Draper. Presumably you were not aware of this until the RNS dropped, on Friday?

Up until that point we believed 100% of the potential income would have come to Bidstack. So we have lost 30% of future income. The fact that they have not earned anything yet is really not the point...it's always going to be about future income...duh!

Well said The Publican, I agree with your sentiment almost entirely. I blame myself for not getting out sooner, as very early on it was obvious Draper was not up to the job. He clearly couldn't stick to a rigid plan, his ego got the better of him, I saw it early, but didn't act on my instinct.

I have acted now and I am completely out, big loss, but still a relief and a lesson learned. What will come of Bidstack I really don't know, but last weeks announcement, at the very least, assured us that Draper intends Bids to receive only 70% moving forwards on anything they would have received 100% on up until now. In the meantime the clock is ticking, as the money is running out.

There is little point in rejecting it. Bids are hardly generating any income, they cannot go on without cash and the predicted Ebitda is expected to be similar to last year, when they made a big loss. They've got 2m cash left, compared to last year when they had nearly 3.7m, before the placement.

You do not start up an off shoot company unless the one you have is incapable of functioning properly. The only upshot of all this is JD may have to put his own cash into the new company in order to pay the 1.5m to Bidstack, money they clearly do not have available to make as a single payment.

This has looked bad for a good while, JD has never stuck to any sort of plan whatsoever, this is just another of his ridiculous ideas. It won't work.
