This is proper news released through proper channels to the market. Its not going to set the world on fire but it will register with many more potential investors than a hint on VOX or a yawn on Twitter so its a good thing if only because it will raise awareness in a more direct approach to potential investors.

I make that just under 2m
They started this period with 2.8m AUD cash so about £1.5m so i wouldn't expect them to need to raise this year with the grant.

The loss for the 6months to Dec 20 announced in March was just under 2m ASD so roughly £1m per 6 months. There has been an extended drill program so far this year.

It rather depends who you are presenting too ?
If you are looking to present to a locked in audience of the already converted then its fine but if all you can extract from it is Lawrence's current mood then a simple smiley or sad face on the top corner of the EUZ website would do the trick.
If you are looking to present without anyone noticing then places like VOX hold a value but saying nothing would be cheaper and equally ( it seems) impacting on the SP.
Bottom line is it will take a fundamental change to fundamentally change the share price

Personally i dont think its about making things last 10 or 20 years. Apple (your example) tech is outdated long before it dies of old age. I remember talking to a guy in the industry when i was still working about the new G4 phones and he said G5 is all ready to go but they cant release it till they have exploited the market with G4 first.
The problem is not really that things become obsolete through spares shortages but because the tech over takes them.
Example. My DYSON was 10 years old and still going strong but it went to the dump because i now have a cordless one thats just as good and quarter the weight and 10x more practical.

The problem with VOX is ( apart from Justin Waite) is the only people who are likely to see it are those who go and look for it and even then its likely to be lost in amongst other interviews. I had a look but i dont want to join VOX and the links posted here didn't work.
The rush to buy this morning says quite a bit about its success as an investors presentation. My view is any relevant information is better placed in the market via non regulatory RNS as well as VOX if people really think its serves a purpose ?.
If the most people can glean from it is Lawrence seems upbeat or Lawrence did or didn't do very well then you have to question its worth anyway? Its a double edged sword trying to keep the pot simmering when you dont actually have any fuel.
i would have thought if this was half as good as he thinks it is he would be fighting them off with a stick not pondering a day of zero trades after a presentation.

Thank you for the first sensible and relevant post of the day 10.06 am. I am not factoring in Copper, i look on it as an asset when valuing Europa overall but i dont see it producing an income in my lifetime but then i am older than most.

i never said EUZ should have their own smelter, i only mentioned it because the estimated €80m did not include it or production facilities for those who didn't know. How about commenting on BricksSA saying they should shut the Data room ?.
I have watched carefully Moneymakers contributions, cut and past mostly, some of it years old but cleverly bought up to date with interjections of things like RNs this Tuesday to make them sound relevant. Of course there isn't an RNS Tuesday but no matter the suggestion that there will be served the purpose at the time. BricksSA has apparently filtered me, god knows how i cant see a filter button?
And you take perfectly reasonable and innocent posts, re phrase them to give new meaning and fire them back at posters. You may not even know you do it ? i dont know. You seem to read what people write, re phrase it in your head, see what you think you have seen then go into attack mode.

There is a world of difference between a €466k Grant 70% repayable and BricksSA saying they should shut the data room as funding is as good as sorted. I take it what he means is they should shut the data room as no one is interested at this stage so lets chase EU handouts instead. I know this sounds blunt and negative but cut through the bull and thats about the sum of it. As for the, people should read and educate ? thats exactly what i am trying to do, i get there is a possibility of local and even national grants, i think everyone has grasped that. If Lawrence has not got to the stage where he is trying to get the EU to pick this up and run with it after every zinc miner in the world has probably had a look at it either directly or indirectly, then you have to wonder why the industry ( not to mention investors) have turned their backs ? Highlighting with growing desperation the availability of local grants 24/7 does nothing to detract from the reality of a company struggling to get the industry on board because either the asset is too small for the major players or its simply not what its ramped up to be.

You have grabbed that out of thin air much like me telling Moneymakers to go elsewhere. Here is an idea. Open a free account on ADVFN which is huge platform compared to this. Start your own EUZ thread or use one of the many dormant ones and post your posts there where there is zero interest and zero buying. Then at least you would be able to say you are trying to attract new interest and there was a point to all this..

Take a week off, let the forum find its own equilibrium. you are trying to drive the thought process of most with a bombardment of noise. I have seen it all before. What you are doing is beyond speculation, its brain washing so why do you do it ? You will not effect the Share price in fact its gone down, you will get no kudos for getting it right because no one will care and you are anonymous if it all blows up in your face.
The only person with any answers is Lawrence with his funding options and his Feasibility statement.

Yes but its in 3 tranches and they have only received £133k as i read it. I also read it that the £2m raised in august 2020 was for
Hydrogeological studies to ascertain sub surface water conditions;
Drilling targeting increases in the confidence level of the overall mineable resource for Toral;
Further metallurgical, geotechnical, waste management and environmental work components.
to complete key (not all ? ) elements of a PFS
Obviously if this round of drilling is now funded by the loan/grant that make a huge difference to the cash flow, if however it targeted to wards research on drill deviation, on site student and university work and local concerns then its quite different
This is actually quite important because i believe the future here is dependant on the funding arrangements, current and future.
there are two ways of looking at this latest extended drill program 1/ is they are expanding the knowledge and the asset to increase the minable tonnage or 2/ they haven't actually found what they hoped to find yet.

Where did you read the money they borrowed was paying for the drill ? As i read it the €133k from the Ministry of Science and Innovation is for R&D on drill hole deviation..
