The Price on the JSE is driven by market risk, interest rates, Currency exchange rates, tax allowance and general tax rates as well a liquidity all of which are different to the LSE shares if its a duel listing, If however its a cross listing then the shares are inter tradable so should mirror each other pretty closely under similar LSE conditions.
Personally i can see no reason why these would be listed on the JSE unless at some point in the past an ASX/LSE company had merged with a JSE company and a condition was both listing would be retained in which case it would be a duel listing.

Is EUZ duel listed or cross listed with the JSE ? If its duel listed then the SP for the JSE shares has little to do with the SP of UK listed shares. The answer is probably in , can you buy on the JSE and sell oh the LSE ?

Just a humorous thought but they will have to come up with a value event before a placing or people are going to assume the placing "is" the value event and i cant see that going down well :-)

A great deal of progress has been made IMHO, its detailed in the last years RNS releases.
As for the value event ? well they didn't put a time scale on it and its totally open to interpretation anyway but every investment in just about every market has one at some stage.

The stock market is hardly rubbish at the moment. In the last three quarters the FTSE has gone from 5600 to 7000+ or up 25%.
You may need to re-evaluate your investments , the market is rarely rubbish, investments often are.

I think its wrong to even imply insider trading here without some sort of evidence. I have not seen any volume prior to releases or anyone at all who would have benefitted from prior notice of anything released. You lot certainly know how to scupper any interest here. Just because a punt, gamble, investment, whatever you like to call it doesnt go to your plan doesnt mean its dodgy or even fixed. EUZ appears to me to be going through the motions extremely quickly and has had great results so far but its very early days. As i see it you have only 3.8mt indicated out of 17mt . even at 17mt (14mt inferred) this is a small resource but it is getting bigger and the FS will be key to any possible future. People are just waiting to see what the potential is. It would be highly unusual for any potential partner or buyer to even think money without a PFS or BFS and confirmed resource IMHO..

I haven't seen any evidence of price fixing recently but i cant comment on historical.
The SP does seem to mirror the trades reasonably accurately.
To have any sort of complaint you would need some very strong evidence of wrong doing, looking at the chart you had a spike in Aug. last year and March this year so the SP can go if there is buying.
I think i and most other seasoned investors could tell you exactly why the SP is where it is but I'm not going to put my head on the block for the amusement of others. What i would say is to manipulate the price you have to have a reason or a goal and the share price historically looks to have a consistent pattern over many years so it would he difficult to say" it started at a specific time". if that was the case.

Its very hard to believe you have found the Goose that lays a golden egg while the rest of the world is missing it given the length of time its been sitting here? I think you may just be having a wobble ,quite a large one actually.
I suspect that its not so much the story as who is telling it. Lawrence seems to have a complete inability to convey any real enthusiasm to potential investors., He doesn’t really have anything new to say, I suspect he is only there hidden away where no one will ever find him on VOX because turner pope told him he had too. Of course, that doesn’t make it a bad story, if Stephen Hawkins reads it its not going to sound like stephen fry reading it.
I don’t agree that anyone here is from management, from what I have seen I don’t think management are really that interested in the views of shareholders but from my own personal experience the only thing worse than management at promoting EUZ and welcoming new investors is this soapbox….lol (sic)

I dont know what your problem is ? this morning in your very first post you have called in to question my integrity ? not having a good word to say about EUZ when i have repeatedly said its all about waiting for the FS ?, then you question if i am of sound mind ? and now you try and dissect my every word with dictionary definitions ?
I'm sorry but i dont post here to be argumentative, i am not here to question peoples integrity or their state of mind in fact i have better things to do with my time than play punch bag for you. you say the value is about £4m ,its probably closer to £4.5m but point taken but thats even more shocking as they probably have about £1m to £1.5m in the bank.

Its considerably more expensive to do a rights issue and in companies like this there is a danger the price could collapse in advance, thats why placings are "sprung" on you after the event. The down side is everyone is always waiting for the next one so the SP never really benefits and because the SP stays low, the mkt cap is of course correspondingly low and any placing has to be a large dilution to make it worth while. (as you saw i would guess with the £2m placing last year).

There is no easy solution and this is why timing is everything and why 99.9% of the market is outside looking in.

What i said was "taken more seriously" which would imply seriously but not seriously enough to invest until as i said, they get the FS and an updated JORC..

I think it pretty obvious that the term "taken more seriously" was in relation to investors, Like it or not the people who would be financiers or joint venture partners and indeed myself will want to see the FS and updated JORC before they take this a bit more seriously.

Yes, as you say an updated JORC will make it official.

As was mentioned the other day its a punt at this stage. Once they have a (favourable) feasibility study it could be taken a bit more seriously but its interesting to follow all the same.. I doubt there will be any problem with the study but its timing and costing is all important and you dont have either at this stage.
