Anyway Lawrence said you are funded for the major parts of the PFS and i feel his intention now will be to get that out and the SP up first.

Spot on dontpanic. that has been the general consensus for the last 5 years.

I'm with you BricksSA. I see little point in scaremongering various cash raising issues until you know if you need to raise cash. I am quietly confident that they are funded for the major requirements of the PFS as Lawrence has stated at the last raise.

"preventing buying completely" they have taken on another 100k this morning which i am sure they will sell you if you ask.

Looks to me like some here are seeking reassurance from others that Yoda was wrong? why else would such an insignificant poster provoke so much discussion?
One of the privileges of living in a free society is free speech. There is a Yoda on every discussion board on every company on every platform from Twitter to ADVFN , from Facebook to LSE. If you don’t agree with him then ignore him and his posts will disappear off the bottom of the page and into the clouds of internet history as has his username.
The alternative is to keep opening new topics with his name in the tittle and give his posts the credibility of discussion by keeping his views and his name at the top of the page.
While you all complain about the MM’s not making a market in the last 4 day week they bought 136,000 off you and sold 320,000 to you in 40 trades.
Come on guys, this is basic stuff, i have looked back over this week’s posts and there is not one worthwhile comment from anyone. I appreciate there is nothing to say but some are posting 3-4-5 times a day with nothing to say !

they are not going to dilute next week and all you do by picking up on these things is give credence to them. if the company has applied for a loan, grant or contribution from the EU they would have had to file accounts and a comprehensive application. I very much doubt they would completely change all those facts and figures with a placing half way through the process.

As no one here has the foggiest idea what is actually going on it just makes for a pointless argument and little else.
I honestly think the potential move from speculative company to proven minable asset company is huge and if thats what is going on behind the scenes then i would imagine that would involve a whole mountain of bureaucracy and third parties all of who will take their time. To that end i find the radio silence encouraging as its what i would expect during protracted negotiations or pre an announcement. those in the know will find the delay, if thats what it is, typical of the red tape and legalities of any agreement in business.

A bore hole is shaft drilled in the ground often with a diamond tipped tubular drill that forms the bore. It can be for hydrology or core sampling or even for explosives in mining. I think you know this just like you knew what a soap box was the other day but you like to try and provoke an argument. Have you considered filtering me, i gather that is possible if i dont come up to your basic standard of intellect ? :)

On the subject of core sampling.

You drill boreholes so the resource and met samples are extracted from a borehole via a drill campaign.. So i was just saying that the extra drilling has a reason and until we know why its hard to judge its costs and effect on the budget.

I thought they were drilling long after Feb. If not i dont see why people think there is a pressure on funds.

The ongoing drilling campaign is seeking to infill known gaps in the resource drilling pattern, around the current known Indicated resource at Toral between the 100 - 800 metre horizon.

On the theme of an imminent placing you have two choices.
You sell and get back in cheaper with the knowledge that there will be a probable 50% more shares in issue so relieving future liquidity problems.
Or you hang tight and hope for either funding for the PFS is already budgeted for.. or
Money will be needed but the PFS will put this on a different footing first.
Its not possible to judge the Adam factor with no info. Shedulike could be right in that if he has left it would have been announced even if it was just a curtesy "thanks for your time" mention.
There has to be a very good reason for the extra expense of an extended bore hole session. Was this at the request of a suitor? Was a PFS without this info only half a PFS ? did they find something that warranted further investigation ? or did they find nothing and so need to look further ?

the answer is we dont know any of this so you either hold the line and stand firm
or buckle and run for safety :) At the moment it seems about 50/50 looking at the trades. either way your options are pretty black or white but there always a few who will run round like headless chickens before they run out of time and their dilemma is taken out of their hands anyway.

A fund raise assumes that there are investors out there willing to put up a couple of million ? The incentive of the usual 25% discount might not be enough for an SP thats dropped 40% in 3 months.
