So where do your calculations sit now with the £2m raised and the stg1 and 2 of the grant over the last 12 months
Contracted out office work will have gone up a bit and staff levels have increased. €300k is about £250k leaving £1.75m + grants.

No one is weaving tangled webs, having hissy fits or Naive...( I think thats covered your Thursday attempts to provoke) You seem a little paranoid but then i suppose i would be had i been sitting here watching my investment go down for years.
As i say its all about timing, some you hit spot on, some you miss completely but you should never just sit there because you got it wrong and hope it will turn out ok.

The only irony i can see is you still have to work and i dont :-)

Well as you have informed many in the past i am very naïve so I'm surprised you need to keep pointing it out however given most of the endless drivel on this forum regarding placings and going bust next week and so on i would imagine the management here pay little attention to it. If they had to address every bit of forum generated speculation they would need to hold a press conference each day :-)
I dont think they they will need to raise in the market, neither does BricksSA or Cri5p it appears , so let it drop and give the SP a fighting chance to react to the facts and not the speculation.

Lets face it, the reason they will not update on funding is the same as the reason you dont get rights issues here.
Any hint or advance warning of a placing or a shortage of cash to get past the next hurdle (PFS) is going to cause a stampede for the door and possible complete collapse of the company. At the very least it will result in a drop on the SP that would mean huge dilution. It doesnt take a geniuses to work that out and i doubt that raising in the market again would even be an option.

I think the point is they said they were funded for the major components of the PFS, you cant be much clearer than that.
The speculation around funding is purely a BB issue here between half a dozen posters. Unless the original statement has significantly changed i cant see why they would need to reiterate that they are funded.

Given that BD paid 12.5 at the last raise and the SP is still 32% down on that he might have a problem selling this to institutions. Also bear in mind they would want a sizable discount on the ave price over the last 30 days IMHO. Another year of cash could easily be a 50%+ dilution. For this reason i think Lawrence must be working on an alternative solution with Adam Habib

Probably more constructive than sitting down in the middle of the M25.

I was in TOM a few years ago. Main problem is it needs a pretty high oil price to be economical and the oil it produces is very light. Produces no cash but uses a lot unless things have changed. Its another one of those stocks ramped up by it PI's thats been going to "blow" for years. There is going to be hell of a glut of oil soon

if anyone invests a significant amount of money in this they will want a stake or return. why do you think the junta would be any different ? I get you might think they want the jobs but if this is developed into a mine they will get the jobs anyway. If they are the only ones willing to take this forward then you have real problems anyway because the junta doesnt have the access to the sort of money needed.

I could write a short essay on the mkt cap v NPV v the price of fish but bottom line is just like suiters will want to see the PFS before valuing this company, so will PI and corporates (and me :-) ). Unfortunately as you have no time scale other than "in due course" its a waiting game. Patience is a virtue and no point in beating yourselves up over the wait.

i dont think there is probably anyone better but maybe some equals. I cant help but think the current management have a reputation either deserved or not with investors and some times fresh faces can add assurance, to continue my rugby analogy, bring on the game winning reserves:-)

i have only gone back to the 3/9 here but its struck me that all 34 sell trades were less then £1k, most a lot lees. Its a trend i have noticed for some time which i find odd because i haven't been aware of dozens of small buys and most small holders i understand were wiped out in the consolidation ? Cant read much into it but its an indication of the market for EUZ and that should really be very worrying for the Management. A while ago we tussled over the value of credibility. I do wonder whether the management inability to turn field results into value here is a credibility issue more than anything else ? Sometimes you can pick the ball up and run with it but eventually however good you think you are you need to pass it to fresh legs to take it over the line.

Thats what i am saying, would you invest €1m in training people for jobs if those jobs were in a company worth only €5m and about to run out of cash. All the same i would expect future jobs security to have been tied to the PFS so maybe it will be
