We have at least £1.5 million raised from the placing, plus the money from the CDTI which is circa 140 million euros . ??

They are very upbeat about Europa Metals and are themselves investing £275000.00 by way of share options. ( 1500000 shares ). ??

Just as a reference, every single person or inst that has ever taken part in a placing here has lost money. I get the idea that its good to be positive on a BB but really ?, The fact that people bought in at 5p is neither here nor there as far as the future SP is concerned especially DB who have got it wrong before on several occasions , the last at 12.5p.

I'm going to do a shed now and but out for the time being , i dont think i have anything useful to add here anymore. I think the BB is just going round in circles. GLA

More likely they now have the results of the votes and know the second placing has passed so dont need to prop the price up anymore.

The Chair will attempt to respond to any questions raised during the Meeting. Shareholders are limited to a maximum of two questions each (including any submitted in advance of the Meeting).

I think without something new i will bail at 5p if i can. They may surprise us which is why i waited ( that and i couldn't sell a reasonable amount) but i will not be holding my breath.
As for 12-15p, allowing for the dilution thats near 20p old money so higher than its been for 2 years . TBH if it has a reason to go to that level there would probably be a reason for it to go higher.
Les see what he has to say, getting out might be impossible anyway if they list the second placing and the SP collapses on the last 2-3 weeks of sells.

I think 50p might have been possible before the dilution. Unfortunately the future they are projecting is not contusive with share holder returns however very good for ongoing remuneration i am sure.
I think if anyone saw 25p they would be doing very well now, as it is i think we may have just missed out on 5p :-)

MM i honestly think if Toral was an attractive proposition to be farmed out or JV'd then miners would be snapping at the heels of EUZ now. Fact is it seems after years of Data rooms and value events and about £10,000,000........they are not.

Thing is Bricks i think the BOD and the shareholders have a very different idea of what EUZ is about.
To shareholders its a vehicle for Toral and thats how its always been portrayed and sold.
I suspect that the BOD now want a lot more for EUZ and there is the RUB.. thats not what we signed up for however I am sure that is what the new 5p guys have signed up for.
Basically i think, as you would say....we have been f"*ked :-) I doubt any of us feature in the long term future here. its more like thanks for the cash suckers now clear off.

LR just bought in 30m new votes on the cheap to make sure :-) The seller today did well to get his away, i have had no luck at all in selling any quantity.
The SP is still being held up till after the 2nd placing, we have had 3 weeks of constant selling, there must be a huge backlog now, i estimate 2.5m from just PI's, the question now is will the SP hold up past Wednesday ?

The similarity between the move from Moonlight to Toral and the move from Toral to a "new strategic direction" is a point I raised a week or two back. The only thing holding the SP at the present level is the second placing at 5p.
LR has the weekend to prepare something game changing for the AGM next week. It really depends on his perception of the situation here. He has created a feeling of a muddled direction, a sense of a complete let-down with Toral and the PFS, and raised the question of funding again within days of the last raise with this hint of another acquisition.
The AGM is going to be critical for shareholders.
All so unnecessary, is he trying to drive out LTH's in favour of turning his new 5p investors in to 4 baggers or is he just completely out of touch with the ground swell here ?.

Is exactly what was said after ever raise before this one. I suppose eventually it will be true but in the mean time we have to keep the pressure on LR to come clean at the AGM or kiss goodbye to the LTH's. If there really is a game plan lets here it.

I agree it does seem to be, make it as you go along. I have been saying for years that there never seems to be a plan or end game and so its impossible to come up with an exit strategy. We seem to stumble from drill result to tweet to placing to "news Friday" and so on day after day, month after month, and year after year and people now seem to be less optimistic than ever before that we will even get out money back. I really dont think we need a new strategic direction and new project, we need a strategic direction for the project already have .

Hmm, i doubt that somehow. I think people (well me anyway) are just hoping LR might explain the new strategic direction in such a way that it sounds believable next week at the AGM...and not some sort of smoke screen to distract from Torals malaise :-) . I stand by what i said Tuesday morning, i think LTH have served their purpose and have become, as we see on this board, a bit of a bloody nuisance now. :-). LR can prove me wrong or watch the exodus of holders continue.
Corporate investors, mates, favours and "enticements" dont shift the SP. Private investors shift the SP. If LR doesnt come good for LTH at the AGM i think what little trust the PI's still have ?? will melt away and they are the very people he has needed and will need to support this going forward. They are the very people he has failed to attract in the past, can he afford to lose those he has ?
Hopefully he will prove to be a Churchill and not a Priti Patel at the AGM

Its my opinion that they have found the resource too small to interest the big guys. they need to expand it and there is little point in doing the PFs before...... not quite sure why they bothered with the upgrade JORC except to maybe shift the placing.

Truth is we dont know however with the PFS seemingly slipping from prominence in the last couple of RNS, in fact barely getting a mention, and the talk of new strategic direction and a new project you have to wonder why they are planting this doubt in peoples minds ? Presumably it will become clear next week.
LR will need to come up with a compelling reason for LTH's to stay into 2022 however i dont think he is really bothered, i suspect the only support he needs is from DB and his new friends.
My personal feeling is LTH have done their job as far as he is concerned, they have financed this for years, lost a small fortune, and served their purpose. The more new blood he can bring in at rock bottom prices + a huge discount, the better for him. Dump the LTH and he will dump most of his self generated bad history and baggage with them.
People will see a company thats gone from 5p to 25p, not one thats gone from £1.50 to 25p.

I think its already a race between a "value event" and the next placing. The reason i question the dates for the PFS is i see that as the only likely "value event" that would have got the SP up before a placing . If they spend what they have on an acquisition i doubt even the PFS would save us in time.
