140 x 25% = 35mmcfd.

Kiliwani was bringing in approx $800k per month at 8mmcfd, so multiply by 4 = $3.2m per month, $38.4m per annum.

So $40m looks about right.

Not just big oil. Jade stone recently had a well that was $30m over budget.

If I recall, testing was a licence condition. It wouldn't surprise me if PG was forced to use the smaller guns or risk losing the licence on a technicality.

CRL - boepd stands for barrels of oil Equivalent per day. It's a measure of thermal energy used to try to convert gas output to oil output. Trouble is, gas is not as valuable. However, look at the mmcfd compared to Cascadura, then look at the prices achieved. Doubled the gas production, so more than doubled the gas revenue. And yet the share price is hammered as there is uncertainty regarding financing.

My Buy / Sell opinions are based on my assessment of potential value on success. So if I think the value could be 20p, at 3p it is a strong buy, at 6p it is a weak(er) buy. A Sell opinion at 6p would imply that an assessment lower than 6p, which would be incorrect. It seems your complaint is that I both invest and trade, buying low and selling high? What would you recommend?

I reduced my Strong Buy at 3p, to Weak Buy at 6p, and stated my selling and reasons. That's called being honest. I hold 20% more than before Mou5 and happy to hold for success. I will be increasing my holding again at this level when funds become available. Buy dips and sell peaks to lower average and manage risk. Isn't that what the folks that advise against investing in AIM explorers advise (e.g. Oilman Jim)? But I keep a core holding for the future, as you never know when Ireland may land, and it will be too late to get in then.

No, but it usually takes a few days for the company and brokers to get the info out to other brokers.
