Sorry, been away. Just crunched some numbers. The services agreement has added 95 bopd. At 15% after royalties to the JV, this gives PRD an extra $140k a year for no capex. Not to be sniffed at.

So, Schlumberger present an option, say it will save $1m, and you object to choosing that with hindsight. If they had gone for the expensive option you would criticise that. Just accept that in life some things don't work out.

Casc 3-5 are disappointing, but I would contest not wholesale failures. 3 was producing oil until the pump failed - Schlumberger is taking responsibility and dealing with it. Cas 4 was drilled with a different mud as suggested as an option by Schlumberger, but it didn't work as well. It was eventually completed, but the string got stuck. Producing from the open hole is still an option we are advised. Cas5 is a current producer. I would contend the issue has been overspeccing the Cas facilities, but that was based on the test results which looked spectacular.

Most O&G operations cost money to maintain or decline, and increases require capex. PG has managed to get PRD to a place where production revenue is received without opex and production increased without capex.

WeShop at $54 is showing mcap as $1.3bn / £1bn. Say this went back to $10, that is £200m. WeCap has 10% = £20m. Current mcap £6.5m.

I would agree Stas. On a scale of 1-10 for reasons for selling, the BoD appointment is a 1 and the analyst valuation is a 2. Just highlighting how nonsensical the suggestion that the BoD RNS caused sells was.
