Yep, TXP is undervalued at the moment. There was some speculation on the TXP discord that it would be vulnerable to a take over at the moment.

$20m in the bank, VAT refund due, assets are cash flow positive. It would be a great buy for PRD. But why would TXP agree? They have exploration acreage in Trinidad, so don't need Morocco. Cash at a premium maybe, but not paper.

WeShop mcap is $2.7bn. Even at $60, that $1.3bn or £1bn. 10% = £100m or 10x from here.

Just a reminder that Q3 net loss was $2m, but $9.6m was spent on capex and $1.5m is an accounting charge for depletion. The underlying business is cashflow positive.

Net Loss: Recorded a net loss of $2.06 million ($0.01 per share) compared to net earnings of $1.85 million ($0.01 per share) in the third quarter of 2024. The variance was primarily driven by the decrease in year-over-year funds flow from operations, $1.50 million in additional depletion and depreciation expense, and the absence of a $0.78 million gain on asset disposition recognized in the prior year.

• Capital Investments: Invested $9.60 million with the majority of expenditures focused on Cascadura drilling operations and the procurement of compression equipment for the Cascadura natural gas processing facility.

The danger is if the bond holders get greedy and demand payment, trying to get a slice of WeShop on the cheap. However, as has been pointed out, the collateral is there and gets more valuable as we get closer to lock-in period expiry.

My thoughts would be a block sale to private equity in the States.

Even if WeShop went back to the IPO $30, that is still an mcap of $750m or£560m. 10% of that is £56m versus WeCap £10m. So 10p with a decent margin of safety.

Other Directors have recently bought more, so fingers crossed PB is buying multiple hundred thousands as well.
