I would agree Gudin. I think the PRD presentation is conservative when looking at the historical performance, but these two give us a range of possible quantified outcomes. Up to folks to decide how they model their expectations.

Institution holds 100 shares. SP is over 4p. Offered a placing at 3.5p.

Sells at 4p = 400p, buys back at 3.5p = 350p. Profit 50p.

Sells at 3.4p = 340p. Loss 10p.

Made 40p profit on the way down rather than way up. Move on, no exposure.

Don't forget Lease Operators bought TRIN for $26m which had 2,500bopd. So lets not get too carried away. However, their overheads were much higher, whereas PG is running a very lean ship. So the valuations may be better on profit, and if Snowcap comes in, that will be very profitable.

10% of Weshop is worth £80m. Debt is what, £6 or £7m? So NAV is £70m. Mcap is £5m. Mad. Even halving NAV would yield 7x from here.

So, let me get this straight. You have:-

1. stated that declines are terminal / catastrophic, when challenged, have requested links to presentations,

2. these have been provided, but you then want one that states by well,

3. this has been provided, but you now say the presentations are not worth anything.

So why ask in the first place? You have your own opinion and that is fine, but stop wasting everyone's time.

Maybe. Or it is just brokers churning some of the shares to reduce exposure? Given the firepower of the state, if it wanted to lock in the licence, it could either agree a JV or just buy PRD outright. It doesn't need to be messing around purchasing a few million PRD shares.

You can see when a new well comes on by the spike, which then tails off. Doesn't take a lot to interpret that.

Have you looked at the slide for production profiles? The Cascadura wells decline then settle to steady production, albeit much lower than we would like. That is where the compressor comes in.

TXP has 3 options for perforation at CR3. The deeper virgin zone (which is what has been communicated); the existing production zone, and the Karamat (also virgin).

Ross, I notice you have elected to start Cascadura numbers on a good quarter just after Cas 2 came onstream and then skipped a quarter. Worst case - assign 2% of weshop for £10m. Leaves us with cash, no debt, 8% of weshop worth £80m. Still a X10 from here.

Before an EGM, could form a shareholder group. I've been involved with companies where a discord group has been set up to share info, count shares, present collated questions to CEO. More clout when you can say we represent 5 or 10%.
