Having a look and quite like the technology but noticed below the Lenigas is involved in this somehow? Is that correct? I have looked at the company website and he is not mentioned there that I have seen yet.

It's definitely a long time coming so I hope it's worth it in the end. Been here a long time and looking forward to actually seeing some progress or even better an out and out sale at fair value.

here We must be getting near an announcement of some sorts if they are going to be doing anything on Barryroe in the near future. One of my other shares has just had notice of farm in talks and has more than quadrupled from it's lows of this year, hopefully we'll see at least the same here. GLA H

we are where we are simply because there are already three parties involved and to add another one or two overly complicates things which is why I think LOGP will sell their stake and whoever does the farm-in with PVR has a less complicated scenario. Let's see what drops out when they are ready. The value is still there, just really bad markets for minor oilies that are doing nothing but trying to move assets around at the moment.

that is just it though, we do not know what type of deal they are actually pursuing. Personally, I would prefer that LOGP sold it completely and look for another asset to go drilling without the complications of PVR as I feel they have been a large millstone around LOGP's neck. O'Reilly is not looked upon favourably in the market and that in itself would have a drag factor on any deal being done. Companies looking to take a stake in Barryroe would want as much of the asset for themselves as possible, we would be an easy 20%.

historically, farmout deals that I have seen value the asset at around the 5-6 dollar mark and a straight sale values at around 13-15 dollar mark, these are for 2C reserves. Although, the current oil market is nothing like it has been in the past, we are living in exceptional times.
