Whilst I understand the argument, I would say your maths is flawed. The risk of the deal failing is perhaps lower but the likely value if the deal fails is lower too - i.e. nil, or close to it. That gets you to the same sp, but makes more sense (to me anyway)

Fair comments I guess. The Board are not helping themselves though, and by extension they are not helping the company. Treating investors with contempt is not going to encourage investors.

I emailed via the website 10 days ago and did not get even the courtesy of a reply - not great.

My suspicion would be that there have been PDMR's exercising, but they are perhaps selling the same amount almost simultaneously and so under the (I think mistaken) view that they don't need to notify as their overall holding is unchanged. As it won't be exactly the same time though, I think that's wrong, or at the very least against the spirit of the rules.

Dglos, the 16:02 trade looks like a buy,, I agree. The later one is a trade that has been late reported from earlier in the day, so could be a buy or a sell. It isn't necessarily a buy.

Stas, the RNS also says that the Company has elected to pay in shares. It doesn't say the Bond holder made that election.

It depends if they have already forward sold Stas and yes, I know that they aren't supposed to.
