People buying or holding will generally be doing so because they feel the SP will recover and that the potential upside outweighs the risks.

People who sold or are shorting think that the negatives outweigh the potential upside.

Then you have the people with no financial interest who are typically just weird or lonely, or just love to wind others up and take the p*ss. Strange for sure, but that's the world we inhabit, sadly.

Should it really be on the markets at all? It's a small business that doesn't apparently need to raise funds at present and which doesn't attract any investment interest in it. The execs are being paid far too much in wages for this business now that it has downsized and lost most of it's government funded work.

Chriscom, as you have obviously listened to the webinar you will have also heard that they look to ensure that they follow the spirit as well as the letter of the rules, and that with much going on including confidential discussions, they want to be perceived as not taking advantage of any inside information.

Either way, there is no arguing that they are not already incentivised to get the SP up and the company performing.

It's a fair point but they referenced previously how they were in a closed period, and when in or close to they (bearing in mind ongoing JV discussions and access to the data room etc) they have likely erred on the side of caution.

Directors have participated in a previous raise at 3 times the SP as well as having bought around a million quids worth at 69p odd last year, so they are incentivised to raise the SP!

They have 181 BTC, so £11.5m odd, plus the other bits.

I looked long and hard at this when 20p. Questioned myself a bit much maybe. Yes, I know still cheap, but annoying when I've already passed on 50% in a week or so. Hopefully it pushes on and yes, something seems to have changed and there looks to be some momentum here.

Pantheon International is annoying with it's similar name. It appears on the RNS list of the Exchange every single day as it is doing a buy back, when I am looking for a positive update from here instead.

Yeah ok. They exercised options and sold them on that date, keeping their beneficial ownership unchanged at 5 million odd shares between them. Millions of shares have been bought by various directors since then. Daft post where you just wanted an excuse to say "look at me, I sold a while ago" imo.
