They actually repaid £210m of debt but that isn't part of the £84m free cash outflow so is not relevant (nor is the £135m they received from selling part of TS). The FCF is the figure that tells you how the business is doing cash wise before any movements in financing etc. and that is an £84m loss.

Actually, it does mean they've mined no bitcoin as it will be reported as revenue when it is mined - it doesn't need to be sold. Also any bitcoin mined will show up as an asset. Having said that the report refers to no material revenue so they may have a tiny amount of SATs to their name.

In any event to mine more than 1 BTC they need to have much more hash than they have (since they are mining in a pool and so can't just rely on an outrageous piece of luck to win a block) so we can be sure they haven't done so. Only large scale live testing will get them over 1BTC (or getting extremely lucky if they do any solo mining).

Kach - the links you post are all related to the private holding company which I believe sits under boohoo group plc. If you look in the accounts filed on the link you gave it actually refers to boohoo group plc as a related company and the 'ultimate parent undertaking'. I do not think this will change but we shouldn't need to wait long for confirmation as the next RNS will show what the name now is.

I can't find anything on BOOHOO group plc on companies house (or debs group plc) but presume that is because it is Jersey based?

I think there may be some confusion over the company name.

As far as I can tell the ultimate holding company REMAINS Boohoo Group plc as the vote to change this to Debenhams Group plc failed. However, beneath this public company there are a myriad of private companies including Debenhams Group Holdings Limited which has indeed changed its name - along with the branding.

In effect they are now Debenhams in all but official name so it is academic really. It's the branding etc. that counts and these things have changed.

I may be wrong but am pretty sure the ultimate Jersey holding company is still BOOHOO (as the website indeed suggests)?

We do not know if Method C improves mining efficiency yet, certainly not in the real world. That’s why the testing is being carried out (assuming the third party get that far).
