"3) back in 21 in and around these BTC price, Arb was circa 300p, why isnt the same effect happening now in this current BTC bull run?"
The company is in a totally different position now than it was then. In 2021 it had a strong balance sheet, good HODL, was expanding and was one of the leading miners in the industry, arguably a pioneer.
After a series of missteps it is now debt-ridden, with no HODL (well, 9 BTC), no funds to grow (the real issue) and as a consequence has fallen way behind other miners who now dwarf it. The sp can do well for a short-time depending on what BTC does so there are certainly trading opportunities and 50p is a possibility and even £1 may not be completely out of reach (though would be extraordinary). As a long-term prospect though there is nothing to be enthusiastic about as it just doesn't have the financial strength to thrive post halving as other, stronger miners will simply move further ahead whatever BTC goes to. And if BTC doesn't reach $100k then it will do well just to survive at all.
