Surely Mike will not consider a placing for next years drill campaign with the delay of spud to july

For me the clues are there that the full content of the CRL from the FDA is likely to be minor issues, rather then an expensive remodelling of the drug and further clinical trials, solid support at 8.5p at the moment and I can only see it rising as interest appreciates over the coming weeks as we await the fda meeting minutes. The price will not be 9p come the end of May that’s for sure, whether you chose to hold for the minutes to be released or to slice in advance is akin to holding from a spud to drill results in an oiler

Market makers did the same last week when we hit 9.7p small AT trades dropped it quickly down to 8.5p. Looks like market makers trying the same tactic this afternoon

Bought more this morning and now have 220k of shares at an average of9.1. A lot of money for me in one stick but today’s data has made me more confident of an increasing sp as we head to May

That’s better from the BoD. I am now more confident the FDA issue with toxicity data was more of a minor concern and therefore the NDA for Iclaprim be stalled only a few months, seems to have good efficacy and only needs to monitor dosage in the over 65s which is what I am sure the FDA will say is there main concern. Will be buying more this morning. Could 5 bag from here

I agree Marineville the current share price is far to low, the type A meeting with the FDA is to find a way forward on a stalled application, presumably liver toxicity data on the over 65s. Hopefully simply a case of real long and dosage and assessment. There are 3 types of meetings with the FDA. For those new to the share here is what the fda website says about the A list meetings

Immediately necessary for an otherwise stalled drug development program to proceed. Type A meetings may include:

Dispute resolution meetings as described in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and in the Guidance for Industry Formal Dispute Resolution: Appeals Above the Division Level
Meetings to discuss clinical holds in which development is stalled and a new path forward should be discussed
Special protocol assessment meetings that are requested by sponsors or applicants after receipt of FDA evaluation of protocols under the special protocol assessment procedures
Post-action meetings requested by the sponsor within 3 months after an FDA regulatory action other than an approval

I am pretty sure I will be taking most off the table in due course but I just don’t see the SP this low next month.

I am not fussed about the agm change, gives people the chance to grill the board and gauge how confident they are, I don’t intend to leave all on the table for the fda minutes, and am pretty confident the share will rise as May 3rd approaches, a few nervous holders probably exited today when today’s RNS was all in the public domain already I suspect when this does move up it will be quite quickly

After today there are 11 full trading sessions to go before FFA meeting on May 3rd. Cannot really see why there was some selling earlier but it looks like the SP is recovering now. I also may topslice at 15p which is where I expect the SP to roughly be by then. Time to buy is now

It must be the FDA need more data on the older patients to be approved. Crazy really as reading the data you would be inclined to believe there is no hepatitis (liver) toccata issues. Let’s see if the Dutch start taking positions tomorrow with some hefty buys

I think the session was yesterday at 3pm. Will be interesting if we get Dutch investors buying in tomorrow on the back of the presentation. Not sure the company will release anything themselves. Does seem to me an excellent entry point as the share will likely rise up to the May 3rd FDA meeting. Another 25% next week would do nicely. Remember the FDA didn’t say Iclaprim didn’t work, just needed more data on liver toxicity so hopefully only a few months delay rather than years. The SP currently well oversold

Easily absorbed those late 200k sells market makers seem happy with the price at this level. I am also of the opinion it will rise a week or two before the FDA meeting. Bare in mind how oversold to 5p this has been, 8.8p does not seem fair value at all. They will not place at this level

I topped up yesterday at 8.8p. So much more stable now and a base to move up next 4 weeks to May 3 meeting with FDA. Holding after that rather depends on the SP at the time. I expect the price to recover to around 20p by May

Everyone here knows they need to place again after May 3rd. Very unlikely the price will be as low as this by then. SP is likely to be thin the 20s by then and I am sure that’s the area the board will be looking to place at causing as least dilution as possible. Just look at the buying in the 9s yesterday and today. Another 115k at 9p just showing
